This store and team members are second to none. I had an old can of paint that was over 15 years old and had hardened. The team at this store, took time to match the same previous color and after reapplying to my walls, the color matched perfectly! Many, many, thanks!!

I love this store so much! The professionalism and desire to help the customer always shine here, no matter who is up front. The help one gets is outstanding! Becky R is a real gem - no matter what paint problem I put in front of her, she finds a great solution for me. Becky’s color knowledge (how a given color will show up on wood, for e.g.) and ability match (even from a photo) are outstanding, as are her customer service skills. I love that she acts with integrity, recommends the right products, applies any active discounts available, and never tries to up-sell me. If I bring in a can of old paint to check out, she will tell me honestly if it is usable, will shake it for me, and send me on my way. This is THE only store I will go to for exterior paint. I trust everyone here. The employees here are fabulous across the board and the paint is excellent. And! The service simply cannot be beat!

We had a really hard time selecting a paint color for the exterior of our house. The 192nd street store, especially the manager,Thomas, went above and beyond to help us. Helped us create a custom color we love. They were extremely nice, helpful, and knowledgeable, when we had to have more tint added a couple of times to get it just right. They really wanted us to be happy with our paint experience.

This is by far the best Sherwin Williams I have gone to. They took the time to answer my questions, helped me pick the right amount to buy, and made what usually is a chore a great experience. Thank you to this great crew, you have a new life time customer!

Finding the perfect gray color for my room has been very difficult. However, the manager/staff made it a very pleasant experience. They were very patient and went through different color grays with me making sure the tint in the gray wasn’t too blue or brown. Overall I had a great experience at this Sherwin-Williams location and my room looks amazing!!! I will definitely be buying my next paint purchases here.

I rarely write reviews but this time I had to! I walked into the store and felt instantly welcomed by their manager Thomas. He helped me find the perfect color for my daughters room and even gave me tips on how to tape up the trim for a perfect line.
