This review is a few months late but when I went it, Mike (I sure think Mike was his name? It's been a while.) was INCREDIBLY helpful. The shop didn't have what I was looking for but Mike was super efficient and on it immediately: he made numerous phone calls and was able to get me my product. I walked out confident that I had the right product and at the best price all thanks to Mike. Amazing customer service, well done.

Gals at the counter were absolutely phenomenal. Great customer service good attitude worked with him on two separate occasions however today when going in to try to resolve a 15 gallon paint, oops we were shoved to the side by the store manager so that he can assist another customer with paint rollers, after several layers and facial gestures that I found extremely inappropriate for someone in a management status I don’t think I will be returning to the store in the future. It’s unfortunate the counter people have more customer service skills than their manager.

As a painter by trade I frequent all the sherwin williams in the Portland Vancouver area.This location is by far my first choice. Not even close.The entire staff from the manager , mike, to kevin , david , katie and lisa are all head to toe; extremely friendly and knowledgeable.The manager, Mike, is the man, always willing to go out of his way to make sure I'm takin care of.This is always my first stop.

First time buying paint for home and DIY. Staff were really friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and overall vibe in the store was very welcoming. Funny enough, I was assisted by a fellow Kevin. Looking forward to coming back when working on home projects! Also kinda nice that they have coffee available while you wait for the paint.

EDIT: While I'm glad someone from customer service reached out, this is the laziest form of help I've ever seen. I'm not going to call just to be on the phone for hours to reiterated what I've posted. The information you need is all here, including the location of the store. Next time, try doing the bare minimum of research before giving me a pre-scripted response. Are we sure this location is still there? I went to the address and couldn't find the store front. There's no sign out front, and from what I read on the doors where it should have been, it mentioned a science lab. As for my rating, it didn't feel right leaving one star in the event they are still there and I just couldn't find it, but if they are still at this location they really need to mark where they are.

I was really impressed at the positive attitude from the young man at the front counter yesterday (long dark curly hair, wish I would have noted his name). He seems genuinely happy to help, and I found his customer service was particularly wonderful. It's hard to find good customer service these days, but the Sherwin-Williams on andresen has something special going on. Every time I come in I am quickly assisted and the prices are quite reasonable. Also the free cup of coffee was appreciated on a cold snowy day! Thank you so much!

Great staff and products. It is never worth it to buy cheap paint. The right products and tools make any job easier. Save yourself and paint it once and done! I have had great success with Sherwin-Williams for years.
