My husband and I were trying to navigate how to start a new company and literally had no idea where to start. After meeting with Travis and Chad, we felt like they were interested in helping us. Every time we messaged Chad, he is very quick to respond and never makes me feel like i'm a bother. Chad explains everything to us so we can have an understanding of what will help our financial goals for our business. We are so happy to have hired Shields and look forward to working with them for a long time to come. P.s. And they actually have an app that you can message with anytime, surely beats having to wait for a call back. The app also has tons of tasks you can do with it. Just a great place!
