They didn't have what I wanted in stock so they ordered it to be shipped to my house. I didn't know they would do that, but they offered. Same price. No hassle. Can't do better than that!

(Solid 4.5 stars, but Google will only let me do 4 😅)
Came in to browse their store for a cheap but good pair to complement my Hoka Arahi 8s. The clearance section was...a bit messy, but I had no trouble finding one half of an Asics GEL-Venture 9. HOWEVER, the other half was nowhere to be seen.
Bummer, and I almost walked out of the store, but the staff kindly offered to honor the G-VT9's clearance price toward a new pair of GEL-Venture 10s. Couldn't pass up the offer, so I gladly accepted and ended up walking out the door with fresh trail kicks and a smile plastered on my face.
Overall, I do hope they improve how they handle their clearance inventory but nevertheless, I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely be back again when the time is right.

Don't waste your time. My biggest gripe, no shoes? Plenty on display, empty boxes. When asked staff, tells me they keep the left shoes in the back, empty boxes are the shoes on display. Ok? Grabbed a random box from behind me. Empty. Then why are they empty? Staff shrugs, and walks away. Joke of a store. DO. NOT. WASTE. YOUR. TIME.

Although I didn't find what I was looking for here today. I respect all the varieties of different type of shoes they have. It's nice to have such a large selection to choose from. The prices aren't awful either.

Great prices for fast growing kids. Name brands, but it isn't the same quality as if you buying it directly from the producer.

I don’t understand all the negative reviews. There is a large selection of shoes here and most are a really good price. I wouldn’t come here for sneakers, but for work and dress shoes this is a great place.

Most amazing store !! The manager Colby is very knowledgeable, and polite!! Very friendly environment, I have been to lots of shoe departments across the country! This is by far the best! My mother Shelia use to manage the one in Wallace NC!!

Cheap, cute shoes here! They even have larger sizes for womans sizing. I saw some 11s and 12s which is unheard of in a lot of more common stores. Will definitely buy more from here

I wanted to try on boots, unfortunately every box I looked in was missing the left shoe? I am guessing this is some sort of anti theft bs but I have a medical condition where my left foot and ankle are permanently swollen and I always have to try shoes on that foot to see if they will work for me. Felt like a cruel joke opening those boxes and the two overwhelmed cashiers certainly had no chance of clearing the line in time to help me find left shoes to try on. Absolute joke I'm so frustrated right now as shoe shopping is already frustrating enough for me this just kicked me while I was down.

Just now went in to shop for work shoes. 5 men standing at the counter talking about food and girls. Probably 10 people in the store. No one was greeted, store is a disaster. I was a DM for a large shoe corporation and would never allow my stores to look like this, employees need to be retrained on what job expectations are.
