Simple Phone Solutions has repaired many phones for me over the years. Professional, affordable and just nice people! Today my phone wouldn't charge. They cleaned it and got it working at no charge. Made my day!

Husband’s phone would not charge using a usb or type c charger. The only way he charges is using a Qi charging pad. So i decided to bring it in to a shop to get it looked at. Phone Solution cleaned out the charging port. iphone can now charge using a line. YAY!
I would definitely come back for future services!

I have been in a few times and can i say every time i come in im always welcomed with a smile and a greeting of how are you doing today. today i stopped by to just drop something off and stephan was very polite and he was very understanding. a few weeks ago i went in to get my bosses phone fixed and i swear he fixed it so fast i barely had time to leave and come back before he told me it was done. i appreciate everyone who has and is working at this establishment. i appreciate how thoughtful everyone there is wether im walking through the door or on my way out!

Gave him my phone with the back two cameras shattered and the front screen shattered. He called me and said he installed a new screen but put a crack down the middle of phone with the screen. I will say he did give a 100$ discount and said he’ll fix it once a new screen came in. (Screen came in and I decided I’m done dealing with him) He also said the back camera lens would shatter easy. Well they broke a week later. Lesson learned. (Pay more and leave it up to the professionals at apple) this guy gives you off brand. I used him a couple years back with my old phone screen shattered within a month. Nice guy though

These guys are really good at what they do. Not only where they more affordable then other locations. They got it done in the same day and my iPad works like new. If I ever have another broken iPad or iPhone, I would come here immediately.

FANTASTIC, FAST, FRIENDLY !! I was in desperate need of a quick repair of my laptop shattered monitor screen. Dian called with options, and quickly, plus offered an alternative that was perfect for my situation! But all three of the staff I worked with at drop off, phone calls, and pick up were FANTASTIC! I cannot afford to keep up with all the new iPhones, so I generally buy a used older model that’s a few generations behind the current model and upgrade every few years. This strategy has served me well in saving money, and Simple Phone Solutions is the best place to shop for used iPhones. The service is friendly, fast, and affordable. That is a rare combination in this economy. The young man working there was extremely knowledgeable, very polite, and gave me a great deal on a phone that isn’t too old with a case and a screen protector. I will be going back to them for all my phone needs.
