install new well pressure tank and filters. we had a difficult start but they put in a lot of hard work to make sure the end results was perfect for me. I appreciated the extra effort to make it a quality installation.

Had Simpson Plumbing give us an estimate to fix a issue with a tub faucet installed with the handles backwards (an Anji list guy did this and wouldn't come back to fix it). They charge a non refundable of $100 for an estimate that can be applied to the total if you go with them. They came out and said it would be $925 to fix it!!! And $425 a piece to install the matching sink faucets! We had another plumber come out and he just swapped the cartridges in 10 minutes and said no charge, just call on the next real job.

DREW AND JOSE DID A GREAT JOB INSTALLING OUR NEW PFAS WATER FILTERING SYSTEM UNDER OUR HOUSE AND OUT-OF-THE-WAY. THEY WRAPPED AND INSULATED ALL THE PIPES, THEY USED THEIR PLASTIC BOOTIES COMING IN AND OUT OF THE CRAWL SPACE KEEPING OUR GYM CARPET CLEAN. AND LEFT NO MESS. DREW WENT OVER THE SYSTEM WITH US SO WE KNOW HOW IT WORKS AND HOW TO CHANGE FILTERS. EXCELLENT WORK!

Repaired cracked outdoor faucet manifold. Kenny and Nat showed up on time, professional and looked at job needed to be done and, although couldn't put back as it was due to age and today's requirements, was able to repair and get to a place where can use and work with as I needed to have done. Will definitely recommend and use again for future projects!

My initial consult with Drew was very helpful. Once parts come in the work will be scheduled. Drew took the time to educate me on a number of issues related to my plumbing concerns. He also referred me for a 2nd opinion to another restoration company as I wasn't sure the current company was handling the damage correctly. I now know how to read a water meter, understand normal sounds from PVC pipe when it expands from hot water, and water shutoff hammers just to name a few. He fixed my hose bib no charge. Provided a detailed quote \u0026 signed me up for their maintenance plan. This has been the absolute best experience with a plumber I have ever had. I already referred family \u0026 friends. Thank you for being so thorough, patient, and providing excellent professional quality customer service! Looking forward to getting everything done.

I called due to having a leak but not sure where it was in my house. One of the office staff Jessica helped me, gave me a couple leak detector numbers and said that to start out this might be easier so we don’t have to rip open all our walls trying to find the leak. First time having Simpson Plumbing out to our house for a HWH problem! The Office staff was very accommodating, even though our call was not an emergency! They had an opening that afternoon, Drew Davies called and was out on time! Great PR with us as customers, took the time to explain our problem and fixed it!! We felt the price was very reasonable, he had the parts needed in his Truck! The work was great, no mess left! We even signed up for their Yearly Service to check the Plumbing in our Resident as long as we owned it. We personally would recommend Simpson Plumbing, even our Neighbor took a business Card from them for any future problems. We had been Woodburn Plumbing Customer’s since 2002, they than retired.

Kent of Simpson’s showed up early to install an inline water filter and did a great job quickly for a fair price. Also took the time to explain how to change the filter, how long it would last and where to get the replacement filters.
