The coffee I ordered was undeniably burnt, leaving an unpleasant taste in my mouth and a lingering burnt aroma that was hard to shake off.From the moment I took my first sip, it was evident that the coffee had been over-roasted. The bitterness was overwhelming and completely overshadowed any hint of flavor that the coffee might have had. It was an unfortunate reminder that not all Starbucks beverages are created equal.What really irked me was the inconsistency in the quality of the coffee. As an avid Starbucks customer, I have come to expect a certain level of standardization across their stores. However, this particular location fell short of that mark. It is disheartening to know that I cannot rely on a consistent coffee experience regardless of which Starbucks I visit.Moreover, I found the lack of attention to detail concerning. It was evident that the barista who served me either didn't notice the burnt flavor or simply overlooked it. A little more care and consideration goes a long way in ensuring a satisfactory customer experience.I believe it is important to provide constructive feedback so that Starbucks can improve their offerings. Burnt coffee should not be something customers have to endure, especially at a well-established coffee chain like Starbucks. I hope they give more attention to the quality of their products at this particular location to ensure that no customer has to go through a similar disappointing experience.In conclusion, I would caution other coffee aficionados to approach this particular Starbucks location with a bit of skepticism. If you are looking for a reliably good cup of coffee, this may not be the best choice.

Absolute worst service ever. Pray to God you never get Esther as your server. Refused to allow me to use the app to gain points on a $40 order, described herself as "too eepy" today like a second grade child while another server had to readjust her headset for her, messed up the order, took 10 actual minutes at the window to hand out my order, and showed literally zero regard or care for timely or friendly customer service. Genuinely clueless, not a good look considering the emphasis Starbucks normally has with how important good service is. Especially not for someone manning the main window.
