Great customer service today! We had gift cards to use and have had issues with the e-gift cards at other establishment's so I was a bit worried to use them. The staff here were friendly, patient and kind. Thank you to the sandwich artists behind the counter today!

Went to this location to get lunch before work and had plenty of time but I walk in and no one is up front and I see the sign that said “ring for assistance” so I did but all I heard was the employee talking and took about 3 mins to come out and when she did she was on her phone and continued to talk as see looked at me standing there and fished her call without any urgency. The time was 2:01 pm March 27.

There is no customer service here when one particular employee is working, he does not say anything he does not greet you when you're going in he barely even asked, what kind of sandwich you want just stares at you expecting you to tell him what you want. Guy really Just seems like he doesn't like his job.

I have ordered from here several times. I have requested light condiments, and I have received sandwiches with an excessive amount of mustard and / or mayo. The last time we ordered through the app and went to pickup, they had no bread! It's always something with this place! I do not recommend this place!

Showed up at opening time on Saturday at opening and was told by a lady her son would be right back. Stood there for 15 minutes waiting lady went to the back son didn’t come up. Left and as I pulled out of the parking spot up front they walked out from the back.Now that I see the other reviews this makes sense it’s a pattern for sure.I recommend going to the other location on Andresen in the Safeway parking lot. Location is clean, the staff are super efficient, and they are open (ready to serve) the hours listed on the door.

Honestly I don't mean to be a "Karen" but seriously, something is always wrong with my order every time I go in. Today instead of bacon, I got every single other meat EXCEPT bacon. I walk in to ask "are you guys out of bacon or what's up?" All the sandwich maker says is "well I'm the caterer." Congratulations, you discovered your job. "I didn't ask who made my sandwich I just asked if you guys are out of bacon or not." She said "no" kinda quietly so I handed my sandwich over and said "Remake this then." No free cookie or anything for wasting my time while I'm on the clock at my job.This is just one situation that happened today. Aside from the older woman with glasses that works there (phenomenal btw), every other worker is just plain ignorant, and act dumb whenever I have complaints.A $12 BLT with three sauces isn't that hard to make. I guess I'll try a lil harder to starve before I come again lmfao.

Have been to this location several times at 6:30-7pm and the doors have been locked even though it says they close at 8. Man stood behind the counter and stared at me while we walked up to the door and tried to go in and didn't say anything. If you are going to close early atleat turn the signs

They always close like an hour early not sure if it's a management issue but keep that in mind so you dont waste time driving to a subway that is not open.

Came to Subway this am to get a quick bite to eat. It’s 8:50 am and I’ve been standing here with my daughter for 15 minutes, while the gal inside sees us standing here. She yells at me from behind the counter and locked, closed doors we’re not open. I said excuse me but you have your open sign on and yours hours posted say 8am-9pm M-F. She screams back at me, not today. And continued to completely ignore us. I have never had something like this happen to me. She was extremely rude and unkind. Hopefully you adjust your schedule if you don’t open at 8 and please turn off your open sign.

I love subway. They've been very innovative on creativity with their menu and keeping up with freshness. This location needs work on completing online orders that was asked. I ordered full subs. All the subs were made slightly different that what was asked from missing ingredients to even wrong bread. It's easy to be there and correct the server when making your sub. But how hard is it to follow what was ordered online for the busy people? Please get this fixed so I don't go somewhere else for sandwiches.Thanks
