What a great meal. We were recently in San Francisco and the Thai Wok was equal to or better than the Thai restaurants in the Bay area.MARCH 2024 Took out a plate of drunken noodles (medium spice) with chicken. Excellent. Too spicy for my wife so watch the "heat" level you order.

We love this place for take out. We've never actually eaten there. We get take out from here a couple of times per month. Good work folks!

The absolute best fresh rolls on the planet. They have a peanut sauce that is out of this world. I can not get enough of these. Will definitely be back for more. Great job!

The best prepared Thai food I have had in years. I tried the drunken noodles based upon the reviews. Did not disappoint. Full of flavor, freshly prepared. My partner had the Pad Thai, which he pronounced as very good. We've tried Thai literally across the US in the past few years, and this is hands down the best. Plenty of vegetarian options. Simple interior, clean restroom. Great service. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

We love this place! We are big Thai food fans and Thai Wok Kitchen doesn’t disappoint. Our flavor: we like fresh/summer rolls, especially with a good peanut sauce. If you like that a maybe less known dish we discovered today is their Peanut Curry made with their house curry recipe. The house curry wasn’t anywhere else on the menu, but has a massaman—peanut sort of vibe that pairs perfectly with the peanut sauce they add on top. Honestly, even without the peanut sauce the house curry is amazing. Totally worth a try!

I moved to Vancouver 2 years ago and I live 3 mins away from here. And finally today tried it. Sorry I don't have a picture but tried the garlic duck. Was probably the best meal I've ever had. Can't believe I'd pass this place and never knew I had a gold gem of a restaurant right by me. Amazing food and service in a great clean restaurant. Definitely recommen this place. And I'll be back for sure. Also saled rolls with there peanut sauce is super amazing and pat tie was veery flavorful. My wife's dish lol I wanna try more seeing what others have posted

The best Thai restaurant I've been to in Vancouver. Their crispy basil chicken was so good!! Well seasoned and yummy. Definitely would recommend this place if you're looking Thai food.

We liked this little Thai place so much my husband came back for more the next day! Our car was in the shop at Dick Hannah, and it was getting on towards dinner time. Thankfully we had my car. I read some Yelp reviews and we decided to give this restaurant a try, as it was only a mile away from where we were.Wow! The flavors were so good! I haven't had Thai this good for awhile-especially in the 'Couve! We chose medium spicy for all 3 of our dishes. The Panang Curry with beef came out first. Yum! Great flavors. They were very generous with all the perfectly cooked green beans in this dish. Next came the Eggplant Delight, with tofu. Wow! Best eggplant ever-soft & creamy, melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness. There were also red bell peppers and lots of onions in a little bit of flavorful brown sauce. The dish is well-named. Last came the Tom Kah Soup, with chicken. (Note: you can choose any protein for any dish. These are what we chose). The soup was a little sour and it came last, so I wasn't as crazy about it as the other dishes. Some people like that sour taste, so that didn't affect my star rating. I was a little surprised it came last though. The service was prompt and friendly. I'm looking forward to going back soon! Like I said, my husband already has!The prices were also very reasonable.

Fantastic, legit and fresh Thai food. Done just right and you won't be disappointed with the service or size of food. Seriously great place and hidden location.

I get thai food take out a couple times a month. I get 3-4 dishes and then it's most of my meals for the next 3-4 days.My last visit was to Thai Wok. The things I liked were: The basil duck dish is very good. Great duck, great vegetables including plenty of fresh basil. Another thing I liked was the eggplant. Eggplant seems to vary quite a bit from one restaurant to another. I like it when it's plump and tender. This was about the best I've had. I also like bamboo shoots and they put a generous amount into the dishes that contain it. Another good thing is that the portions are generous.Things I didn't like so well: I always like to get a glass noodle dish and the closest Thai Wok has is the vermicelli dish but I didn't care for the vermicelli, and it was in a separate container from the sauce/vegetables rather than cooked together like glass noodle dishes tend to be. and the vermicelli just tastes very plain in comparison with glass noodles. The other thing I did not care for is the peanut sauce. I have gotten a side of peanut sauce at 3 thai restaurants recently. I have found them all to be too sweet. The Thai Wok one is probably the sweetest of all of them. The one from Pure Thai I liked best. It wasn't as over-sweet and it tasted the most peanutty. The one I liked least was from Thai 4 U. Although I like Thai 4 U I didn't care for their peanut sauce. It has very little peanut flavor, it's just kind of a sugary sauce. All in all I would rate Thai Wok as equal to the other best Thai restaurants in Vancouver, which I consider to be Thai 4 U, Pure Thai, Kindee Thai, Sri Thai, and Thai Orchid. Some others I have liked in the past but I'm not sure I still like as much are Delish Thai, Thai Little Home, and Namjai Thai. I may have given 5 star reviews on some of those and I would stick with that since I haven't definitely changed my mind, but I would need to try them again before being sure whether I'd consider them in the "best" category.

The employees were very kind and helpful, and the food was incredibly well prepared and flavorful! The atmosphere was cozy with hanging lights and large windows.Vegetarian options: Perfect vegetarian options at this restaurant. The tofu was crispy and soft on the inside!Dietary restrictions: As a vegan I was very pleased with the help the employee gave me to take out eggs and animal products from the dish I ordered! All around wonderful dinner with my family!Parking: Medium strip mall parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Awesome kid-friendliness and miniature food as decor!Wheelchair accessibility: Good wheelchair accessibility, the restaurant is one level with no stairs. Tables and bathroom are accessible. Though do not take these answers 100 percent, as I do not use a wheelchair.

My partner and I absolutely love this place. We have been coming to thai wok kitchen about once a week since we moved to the area a year ago. Delicious, consistent, and always friendly service. However, tonight everything we ordered tasted different. It didn’t seem to be prepared in the same way or have the right flavors…. I am wondering if they have a new chef. It’s not a good one. No flavor. I hope they fix this problem!!
