That atmosphere is relaxed and beautiful. The staff go out of their way to accommodate you. The food is delicious ?. I recommend this place for family, friends, and business personnel.Walkability: The parking is ample. It is wheelchair accessible.Food & drinks: The food is excellent and well presented. My family liked the drinks very much. I'm not a drinker. But the coffee is really smooth.

Oh boy! The drinks may seem pricey but ask for a basic rum n coke and it's $14, enjoy a plate of fries for $4! The beds are firm for my 30 year old back. The balcony GET THE ONE WITH A BALCONY! Huge major shout out to Bailey Navarro AND EMILY for treating my wife like a queen for her birthday! We're about to splash in the pool for an hour and then head back up to the room to sip wine and hear the frogs croak for the evening. And Sarah front desk thank you so much for checking in on us and letting us know all that is available if we need! So spoiled tonight and so satisfied. Will be coming here way more oftenRooms: Very spacious! And you can use their TV to sign in to your apps! Smart TV, very smart to have in hotels!Food & drinks: Don't let the prices scare you they are filling!!!

The front desk was non-existent for 30 min when I arrived. I even had to grab the walkie onnthe desk and call for some one even after the security came to the front to let reception know and told us she was in the bathroom took another 45 min. Waited on site and called multiple . I got one of the suites with a jet tub. It did not even work when I called the front desk all she said was oh I'm sorry. paid 200 bucks for a room that was not with it. The couch had wires hanging from wall mount, and the blanket cover had sticky stuff on it. The floor was dirty, and so was the jet tub. I didn't want to touch anything else. The mattress was a spring mattress and extremely uncomfortable. Not to mention, I had to go to the 3rd floor to get ice and look walk everywhere for a working ice machine. It's ridiculously infuriating. They did not even offer to fix or change the room . I do not recommend this place which sucks because it it had better service and cleaner room, but it would be a really nice hotel. The room was already damaged with marks on the wallRooms: Was a nice hotel but the room was not clean and good as it should of been for the price it it way over priced for the horrible service

I don't normally leave reviews before I even check out, but this place is nice,I can't wait.Let's just start with the lobby. It was so warm and welcoming. Beautiful wooden staircase and vaulted ceiling g as soon as I walk in.The front desk staff were incredibly accommodating. I love the 24-hour coffee bar.The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfy. The pool is large, and the hot tub could have been warmer, but that is all potatoes. The bar and restaurant are nice (Casen was super friendly, even though they were slammed), but the bar closes early.

Pretty nice lodge. This is my second time here and the staff have been extremely polite and helpful both times. I haven't tried the food in the lodge but everything else was pretty great.

I only stayed there one night, then switched into a different hotel. When I booked the room, it was out of necessity for my dog. He didn't end up making the trip. The bed was uncomfortable, in the pillows were basically slightly larger than airplane pillows. So after having a horrible night sleep, I wake up to realize there's no kind of continental breakfast provided whatsoever. But then I was told with a smile that there was free coffee, in a restaurant that I could buy breakfast in if I wanted to. Since staying there was no longer a necessity, I checked out, and checked into a Holiday Inn Express and suites. I finally got around to looking at my email receipt, and called about some charges I was curious about. I think it's absolutely ridiculous that you guys charge a $12.00 "facilities fee" to provide the same thing that literally every single hotel in the area provides WITHOUT an extra fee. THEN you don't even have any kind of Continental breakfast. I'm usually pretty easy going, and not difficult to please at all, and I can easily say that I will never stay at your hotel again. Not when the Holiday Inn Express around the corner is cheaper, nicer, provides everything you do at no extra charge...... and provides breakfast. Nickel-and-diming people around every corner is not a great business model. It's probably worked for you, and I'm sure you are fine with it, but if I had to guess, I'm not the only person to ever raise an eyebrow at your "facilities fee".Anyway, I'm pretty positive this review will fall on deaf ears, and accomplished absolutely nothing, but at least I'm getting it off my chest.

Hotel is nice looking. Very charming ascetic but I have two issues.1. There is only one elevator.2. The TV in the room was horrible. We had to take the remote down to the front desk because it wouldn't work only to be told the TV's suck by the front desk. Yes, they do. No working guide and no casting. If you have no intentions in using your room except for sleeping and want to be by the mall then this is the perfect hotel for you.

I've paid more to stay in worse places. But it's a shame they don't have the level of service the building looks like it should have. Staff was friendly, but always had an excuse why something couldn't get done, was always someone else's job. Our hallway was a mess by the time we left, dirty dishes all weekend long just piling up. The room was big, and the walls are thick enough to be quiet. But at one point my lukewarm shower lost pressure all together after performing poorly. The location is safe, they have 24 hr surveillance. No continental breakfast unless your room was on the 4th floor, and the in house restaurant is outrageously expensive. Again, it's not bad, but it's not to the level I would have expected from a Heathman Lodge.Safety: Very safe, watched 24 hours.Walkability: Nothing nearby.Food & drinks: Extremely expensive, good options nearby by vehicle.

Was there for a conversation. The decore is lodge like with lots of wood accents. I liked the paneling and chandeliers/scone in the mailbox ballroom. The banquet staff that setved us our box lunches or breakfast were great. Even saw the banquet manager moving the air walls all day Saturday. My only negative was the lack of banquet staff for the banquet. By the time we were getting our salad the other side of the room got their main dishes.Melissa at the desk was great helped us out with a couple maintenance requests and an amenity request.Rooms: The room was for the most part an average 2 queen room. Nothing to special. It was near an elevator which was great for out mobile disabilities. But the toilet was low and harder to get off of with out grab bars. But we managed.,They do have a bird noises piped into the hallways. To help with the lodge feel.

Great Hotel with a rustic feel. I had breakfast at the restaurant that was located inside the hotel and it was phenomenal. I forgot my bag in the parking lot. But with a quick phone call Adrian I believe his name was, saved the day . Thank you so much for that ☺️

We stayed a night at the Heathman Lodge to celebrate our anniversary, and it was wonderful! They found out it was our anniversary and gave an upgrade (no charge) to a deluxe suite. When we arrived there was a note, bottle of wine, chocolates, and a rose and rose petals spread around! They went above and beyond to make it extra special!
