Great store, with so many services performed by expert and efficient, and really nice staff. Today, Camille came to my rescue by printing email and screen shots that I needed for my cruise tomorrow after my home printer quit on me. I’ve now used several of the services here, and the staff always rises to every occasion. Highest recommendation.

I just went to the store to do a return and to ask a couple questions for some help. The employee today working was incredibly condescending. I ended up walking out and took my stuff with me. I've been here several times and I've never experienced such awful customer service.

I have a PO Box here and use this store for all my packaging/shipment needs. Their customer service is beyond compare! The owner and all the associates (especially Camille) go above and beyond and are always friendly, efficient and cognizant of my time I have renewed my P.O. Box several times because of the staff. Thanks to all for all you do!
Quick update: 3/25/25 Had a delivery issue for something I had ordered online that was showing as delivered but was now missing. Even though it something they did not have any connection to, both Greg and Camille went above and beyond to assist me in tracking and locating the package. THIS is why I am still a client at this location. Can’t thank them enough for their help! There is a UPS store closer to me but it is worth the drive to come to the 160th Ave location. Thank you again, Greg and Camille!

Convenient UPS drop off. Line is never long. Staff is helpful. They have shipping supplies available for purchase. They also have P.O. Boxes.
