Great to see Home Depot accepting Compact Fluorescent Bulbs (CFLs) and rechargeable batteries for recycling. These both contain toxic chemicals and should not go in your trash or your regular recycling. Home Depot makes this important recycling easy by providing individual bins just inside the entrance. Good work, Depot! I appreciate this service to the community.

Home Depot has very poor customer service as evidenced by calling me at 0600 to tell me they do not care about the issue I am having. Shaunessy was exceedingly rude.

I wanted to go through self checkout. A woman working m for Home Depot intercepted me and rang up my merchandise. She double scanned one of my items. When I called her on it she said I had to go to customer service to get a refund. No apology just very matter of fact. If I had scanned my items this would not have happened. How is this good customer service? When I went to customer service and mentioned what happened they could care less. Just awful.

Terrible experience. Rented a pressure washer and had to return to the store twice because the first two machines were broken. Jeff was extremely unprofessional and misogynistic on the phone, saying there was no way the hoses they provide with the machine could be broken, but as soon as my husband returned it, they took one look at the hose and said it was garbage. They charged us the $150 rental deposit twice and only refunded half of the first deposit. Now they are claiming they only charged us $150 once and I have to dispute it with my bank. Go somewhere else.

I received a email delivery confirmation from Home Depot's chosen carrier, however, it was not delivered to my address. I reached out to Home Depot and received this response; "I do apologize for this experience with your delivery Joel! Due to this item showing delivered by the carrier you would have to file a claim with the carrier and dispute the charge with your bank." Home Depot failed to deliver the product they sold and it is apparently the customer responsibility to solve thier problem. Stay out of e-commerce if you cannot do it correctly.

Hired Home Depot to do a 1500 square foot flooring job in June 2023. The subcontractor they used abandoned the job after pulling up all of the flooring. In the process of the demolition they damaged walls, cabinets, and their tile removal destroyed a number of sections of subfloor. Despite the circumstance, I would say the biggest benefit is that I will no longer have flooring contractors showing up at noon and working until 10pm against my permission, sitting on my furniture and watching YouTube videos for the first 6 hours of every workday, and taking photos of my personal belongings. Really. I've never been so pleased to be good riddance of a hired hand.

I rented a string trimmer from this location. Upon arrival at the work site, it would not start. It’s a 2 stroke engine. I grew up riding 2 stroke dirt bikes so I understand this happens from time to time. I should have tried starting it at Home Depot. I returned the rental with no problems and a full refund. I attempted to reserve the same trimmer for the next day. At first there was a miscommunication with one of the employees. He became frustrated but tried his best to handle the situation. I asked for a manager, he arrived promptly and was willing to listen and help in any way possible. Eventually I had multiple employees doing their best to satisfy my requests. They were also very apologetic. I got the feeling these employees take pride in their jobs and sincerely try their best to meet the customer’s needs. I’m very pleased with how things were handled overall. I will rent again from this location.

Garden Door Closed earlier than told. I talked to the garden register at 7:52p to ask what hour the door will be closed. She said 8pm. So I went fast to pick up the 3 things needed ( peet moss, compost & dirt) when I go back to the register I find the door closed NOT 8 yet! You know the standard floor plan of these stores. I had to pull my heavy load all the way to the other side of the store, then get my car all the way at the garden side to load. BTW: Who I find in the other side of the store? The Lady I talked at 7:52p Her 1st words I apologize for closing earlier. I stopped her there because She knew I was coming before the closing time. Stores should not say one thing in do another. It was inconvenient for that heavy load being pulled farther just because

Went here today because my paint match was slightly lighter than the swatch from yesterday. Chris was amazing! He helped me look over colors and explained the undertones. Really helping me with my decision and then making the exact shade I wanted. I have never been helped so well at a big box store! He went above and beyond!

This review is specifically for the extra kind and helpful folks in the curbside pick-up department. Jamie (sp?) is likely one of the nicest folks around and when I ordered a few items waaaay larger than my tiny little eco-car could haul was supportive in trying to help me get at least part of my order home. When I followed up to request a return for the remaining over-order amount I got to speak with them again and confirmed their super kind human status. This HD is not close to my home (was just the closest to have the item I needed in stock), but if I ever needed to place a curbside order I would absolutely consider traveling the extra distance for the professional and quality customer service

Lots of assholes without masks today. Told store employees to kick them out but they said they could not. Weird. Had to leave early because of these motherfuckers.

This Home Depot's lumber department was INCREDIBLY helpful! I had to stop here for work (set design for film production) and spoke to 3 men who were very patient, respectful and efficient. Everything from selecting product to cutting and load up was smooth and quick. The only downside were the other customers who were demanding, impatient and rude (interrupting my conversations every time). Thanks Home Depot!

How hard do I have to work to give you 6 thousand dollars? Really!? Heaven forbid the one right guy isn't there and no one can help. So they recommend I do it all online, despite the fact that the online tool neither answers my questions nor even fits my custom kitchen scenario. In fact I tried to get my questions answered last weekend and they were too busy and I was promised a callback that never came. So yeah, submit it online and just cross my fingers? I guess!! I can see why this Home Depot has so few stars.

Do NOT order any appliances from home depot! We ordered a washer and dryer on 08/07/2021. We were told they would be delivered 09/08/2021. Of course they charged our credit card the day we ordered the appliances. We came home a day early from a long weekend to be here for delivery...moved our old appliances out into the garage and waited for the call. Heard nothing so my husband called this morning only to be told they don't even have the appliances. Never bothered to call and let us know. Our only options are to pick out a more expensive set that they might be able to get and pay more or something cheap they also might be able to get or go in and refund it all. No compensation was given for us already waiting a month and for them selling us something they don't even have. As usual terrible customer service. I told the employee I'd go to Costco Friday and see if I can order something from them then come in and refund their set and he said OK no problem! Lol sooooo they don't need or want our business. Fantastic...Costco does. I get we are in the middle of covid and the associate did blame it all on LG...however it wasn't LGs responsibility to notify us...and LG didn't charge our credit card...if they know they can't get the appliances how about being on top of notifying your customers and maybe not make us pay for merchandise until YOU have it.

Looks like this time was a failure too. Four trips now. Made her wait the entire 4 hours of the 1:30 to 5:30 window. Are we really getting good cheap labor, or just cheap labor. I do not think they are concerned about the quality of the work they provide--just the paycheck. They are wasting her time and if you are considering hiring them to install your appliance be prepared for them to waste your time too. Not an honest business with good intentions.
