I highly recommend ensuring that the quoted miles you plan to use the truck are correct. I drove over 600 miles and when I reserved the truck (after ensuring the estimated miles were correct) I was quoted for half the price that the trip ended up costing. Only received a sorry from the employees working here. Otherwise fine.

I WAS THERE ONE WEEK AGO Elevator out of service today is Saturday week later elevator out of service I pay a $170 41 size storage and a half and I can't get to it because it's in the basement so tell me how am I supposed get my things OUT !!!

This place was great until the elevator broke in the building my unit is in. When I asked about an ETA to fix it got a bad attitude back. Its been weeks and still no elevator. Im making 15 trips up and down the stairs when I should be making 2. 20 minutes worth of worke is now an hour and a half. I am so not happy. I could deal, but the bad attitude part just killed any kind of like I had. I will never go back there. If I could do negative stars I would give them a negative 3 at least. -3

I have been unable to utilize my rented storage unit unmolested by staff, namely Caiden and Colton. Repeated, unwarranted interference has made safe and private access impossible. Ongoing concerns are unresolved. Proceed with caution.

This one star review is because of the lack of leadership, from this entire company how dare you not correct this misinformation being spread this is my name on the line. You need to let people know that I'm not the manager of this store and haven't been for the past 4 months. this makes me seem as a problem and future employers and customers can see this. It is management responsibility to correct this not let it stand as is. I will be sending a formal letter at a later date. This does fall under defamation of character.

The staff at this uhaul are awesome, informative, friendly and treat you like your human.!! This world has changed so much everyone treats people like crap if your not the same social status as them and or make enough money in their eyes....this is one of the few businesses in Vancouver that has exceptional customer service and are always friendly towards everyone no matter how much money you make. I highly recommend them 💯

If you’re considering renting from this U-Haul location, be aware that staff members have repeatedly violated customer privacy and disregarded clear boundaries. I have had to take legal action, including filing injunctions, to stop ongoing harassment. If you value your peace of mind, I strongly recommend exploring other options or selling your belongings to avoid this kind of ordeal. Ladies, if a man doesn’t understand boundaries or repeatedly ignores being told no in a professional setting, imagine how that mindset carries over into other aspects of their behavior. That’s the staff culture this U-Haul harbors, with employees like Caiden, Bryce, Cameron, and Logan with Cornell Edmond leading the charge.

One star because I rented and dropped off the rig after a hard day of moving and unloading. Drop off was 2 minutes after closing, and there were people sitting inside on their asses, touching their phones, and ignoring me and my buddy. Instead of doing someone a solid and helping us with the return, I had to dink around with the buggy app and do my own check in. That's fine but still insulting. Doesn't inspire me to go sing the praises of this uhaul specialists to my friends. Will actually not recommend. On their way out, they were talking shit about customers and didn't even acknowledge two customers doing the check in inspection. I expect that from retail, but this is a little more specialized of a service. They didn't acknowledge me and pretended not to see me, but I will acknowledging them.

I have not had a bad experience yet at this location. Every employee is helpful and genuinely nice. I appreciate them all, and think they deserve a pizza party or something :)

Asked to disconnect from trailer to drop 3 boxes from very tail of trailer. Only 1 U-haul in this country who asked for that for no reason.
