Dax, the resident manager, was very helpful and took the initiative to greet me in the parking lot to assist me with my rental even though it was well before the office officially opened.

Shady AF. Went down there a week ahead of time to get boxes and to see if an earlier rental pickup was possible. As i enter the 3’x5’ office i overhear staff on the phone with someone apparently angry their van still hasn’t arrived. Now suspicious I inquired about my reservation next weekend and was informed my van would “probably “ be there. Which immediately brought me back to Seinfeld pointing out that anyone can “take” the reservation, it’s the act of delivering on that reservation that’s important. Left and went to an actual uhaul dealer.
