There was a gentleman the name was Joesph he was very assertive and kind he was eager to help us with questions about sizes and rates he was working very hard and through the storm I was impressed to see that he was still smiling. It was a 👍 nice

Maybe mention Nearest gas stations?
There is a "pick a box leave a box option" outside the office (meaning a customer can pick up and drop off moving boxes even when the office is closed - that was my favorite part of this location. We picked up a few and returned all of our empty boxes when returned the vehicle. No need to buy moviing boxes

For a company that has you over a barrel and no one wants to take responsibility for anything and lie, yes talking to you manager lady, and you get shoved off and they refuse to talk to you.

Staff was able to accommodate my needs, even when I screwed up the reservation. Plenty of staff on hand to handle a busy weekend.
