I had the worse bank experience with Umpqua bank, Vancouver, WA branch. On my HELOC, when I received the first statement, the interest calculations were wrong. I was being charged 30days interest for 7 days of loan period. Good that I caught it and then raised my concern. It was so messed up that they had to close the account and reopened a new one.

Really haven’t been too pleased with unqualified, customer service hasn’t always been great and turns out I’m paying them $10. A month for my account - closed my account today

Very disappointed in this bank on 134th Street. The teller was rude to my nurse & then when I called them sherefused to appologize. The teller kept telling my nurse it was policy...however the policy has never been inforced or implemented before with me the owner nor with my nurse.But the worst part was her refusing to apogize! I would like to change banks!

wonderful established business , i am a caregiver for a veteran who has earned his retirement from working and maintained the I-5 bridge and military retirement. he has always had a smooth transfer with all the changes in banking with this bank for over 40 years, friendly service tends to keep a close secure eye on their people for any abnormal activitys and are quick about squaring up any issues with his account.

I needed a roll of quaters to do laundry and popped in this bank, I always thought It was a local smaller bank because of the name and had an expectation that it would be community orientated. The teller was friendly but when he asked Windy who I assume was his superior she was anything but friendly. She curtly said to get a roll of quarters I had to be a member of their bank. I really think she missed an oportunity there, I would have been grateful for the help since I was on foot and could not get to my bank until Monday. I would not be a member of Umpqua Bank now if you paid me!! All for one roll of quarters they have negitive review instead of a positive one. Hope it was worth it!!

Stay away from this bank. I had a CD here with the maturity date was on a Monday a holiday so I came in Tuesday to move the money to the checking account. Instead of them them rolling the CD account into the checking account they instead took a $200 fee. I asked nicely for them to return it they refused to even during covid. The district manager is extremely rude and he does not care about his customers whatsoever. He never return my phone calls. Corporate couldn't be bothered either. Please don't expect them to help you with anything they are just like all the other big banks they don't care about their customers just excising fees from their pockets. Cash grabbing thieves. I left 91 negative yelp reviews. Somehow they managed to remove them all so here I am placing them one more time. So this time I'm leaving 200 reviews for every dollar they took from me.

I love this branch! I was originally at the downtown Ridgefield branch; when it closed, I moved to this branch. GREAT and friendly service ALWAYS. Now I live in North Carolina, but still maintain my Umpqua account from afar. I miss you all and wish you all the best!

I have banked here since 2008 and been very happy. My local branch knows me, I can talk to a person on the phone by calling my local branch. I rarely wait for a teller and the tellers know how to do their job.

I have opened three accounts at this branch, including two for my small business, and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The drive-through teller and drive-through ATM are nice features as well.
