I appreciate knowing some of the staff and feeling known. I can call and talk to a person who knows me. Janette has been very helpful with a scam issue, finding an IRS check was returned, other odd banking issues.

I honestly have zero idea whatsoever about what the reviews are talking about. Everyone here is nothing but nice. We came in and got a full account opened and a card in 30 minutes.
