I appreciate the friendly service. The small town feeling when walking in and being acknowledged and some knowing my name.
Also I have some auto pays and if I have an issue or question about something I can ask and they are understanding and help if I don't understand something.

Used to be a very respectable place. Now, I can’t even get a call to go through- and I’ve called 5 times on 4 DIFFERENT days :(

I appreciate knowing some of the staff and feeling known. I can call and talk to a person who knows me. Janette has been very helpful with a scam issue, finding an IRS check was returned, other odd banking issues.
