Waited in line. Guy came in and walked in front of everyone else and was taken care of before the rest of us. The guy working saw this and did nothing. Call me petty but it sucks feeling ignored.

A big shout out to Josh for cheerful, kind and efficient customer service on 1/9/25.
Josh immediately let me know that boxing and shipping my large/bulky/odd shaped items would be pricey, and he gave me a ballpark estimate.
When the measurements, weights, and shipping distance were all factored into boxing/shipping my return, it was unfortunately not cost effective.
Josh was so kind. He offered to carry the heaviest/bulkiest item back to my car for me. Thank you, Josh!
