Convenient location, friendly staff, good business hours and most of the stuff is great.
Except for printing!!! Printing here is like buying a diamond. Even for 1 page of shipping label, they charge you $3 and I'm not kidding. I paid that much a couple of times. As long as you have a pre-printed label, you are good. Otherwise, this place is ridiculous to print anything. Other UPS stores I visit usually charge between $0.25 and $0.50 per sheet.

It seems that the guy everyone else was complaining about has been removed lol — I overheard a worker telling another customer that this store has a new owner due to the bad reviews. I was helped by Carson today, who was very pleasant and patient, and having my package shipped was very straightforward. All other present employees seemed very polite and kind as well. I was initially hesitant to visit this location because of all the 1-star reviews, so I’m glad that they’ve taken initiative and listened to their customers. Leaving this review in hopes that other people will start going here again and new reviews will balance out the old ones.

Staff is not helpful. Do not accept un boxed Amazon returns. You need to buy a box or bring your own. You need to also tape it yourself they will charge for tape. I had an Amazon code which stated no box or label needed. They would not accept it. I ended up going to another location and that one gave me no issues. Don’t go here. It’s a head ache.

The ownership of this store changed and I was charged $10 for picking up a package that was delivered there. I have been doing quite a lot of business with this store and was never notified the ownership changed, nor was I notified the terms of service had changed. I was not given the opportunity to decide whether or not I accepted the change in terms of service for receiving packages and was forced into accepting the terms. My package was held hostage until I paid a fee. I would have chosen not to send the package there had I known.

I’ve heard the owner is nice but he has 2 women working for him that are nothing but unaccommodating when it is their job to help. They will kick you out of the store if you have Amazon returns especially if you need any help. They snicker and laugh and rudely kick you out when you even ask a question!! I will never be back. My advice use the UPS store on 164th and Mill Plain they’re exceptional at EVERYTHING!!! Btw one of the women was the supervisor too. So rude!! I did nothing different than I do at the other store. Beware!!!

I've had my fair share of experiences with returns at UPS and other places even for Amazon packages. Its a simple process usually. But when I went in the last couple times they seem to have issues with customer service and the system has been down before, which is serious business for tracking packages and just doing the job of returns properly. I had to show Amazon my receipt as proof for the return, and that was difficult because it didn't go through on ups end for tracking and scanning.

I’ve had a consistently great experience with UPS. My packages always arrive on time, and the tracking updates are accurate and easy to follow. The staff at my local UPS store is friendly, helpful, and efficient. Whether I’m shipping something important or picking up a delivery, I always feel confident that my items are in good hands. The 2.5 stars for this place are a reach. Most of the staff are very rude. The prices are astronomical. I am happy to pay more for convenience if the customer service is good. Any time I have to go here, the staff looks as if I inconvenienced them by giving them my business.

I told him I have Apple return, he give me the receipt for it. After 2 days, I still not receiving any updates from tracking scan! Are they do the right thing? or just forget my item 2 days ago .. don’t go, poor service
