I needed an extension on the 1 week I paid for because I was out of town. The girl at the front who answered said she saw my package and would put it on hold. It was registration and stickers for new RV.
I thought she was pulling my leg. Like I thought she was just saying that to appease me because they normally don't follow up on packages being there too long.
Turns out she was the person that helped me, she remembered the package and got it right away. She killed this guy's cynicism for a day. Thanks UPS store lady! :)

With torches burning and the baleful moon overhead we turned our faces into the wind for all of the adventure the world could offer. We would stand on the shore and taste the wind—listening to what the sea might whisper about the journey ahead.”
For companions, we chose those souls who would stand strong at our back and could settle on the decks, not speaking for days.
Well, things are different now and the first thing we do as we prepare for our adventures is to get two passport photographs taken. It’s one of those things that needs to be done right so as not to become a hidden snag beneath the dark waters.
The UPS is not as the romantic candle lit taverns of yesteryear. There are no mysterious, hooded strangers or swords piled beside the door. Yet, even with that, this is where the adventure begins.
Two photos, which were handled quickly and efficiently. Lacking, perhaps the warmth and mystery, but quick and painless nonetheless.
What can I say? There was barely any wait, I was in and out, and on my way, one step further from my home and one step closer to the calling of the mist enshrouded East.

I, unfortunately, online shop A LOT. With that, comes with many returns. Since Amazon closed the Amazon HUB return location off Schmeer, returns have been more challenging. However, ALL of the staff at this specific UPS have been helpful and patient time and time again.
This morning, I had a ton of returns. A staff member named, Gabby (I think), helped me. I was having a hard morning, but her kindness and positive attitude in helping me with my returns made me feel better. Thank you, Highway 99 UPS!

The customer service is not excellent, they are rude, the young man kept mixing up the packages I needed to return to Amazon and I asked for a supervisor and her attitude wasn't much better! It's so hard to find good customer service now a days! And I wouldn't even rate them a 1 star.

I rent a Mailbox at this UPS location, and often get packages. Unfortunately, I wait in very long lines to retrieve a package that could fit in my box. It would be nice if you had a quick serve line for those of us who rent our Postal boxes through your store so we didn't wait endlessly in line for our packages. Otherwise, the folks are nice and efficient, the store is clean and my packages are always well taken care of.

I come to this store almost every weekday and just wanted to give a shout out to the employees! The store is always clean. The employees are friendly and very helpful. At times the line of customers is out the door but they are very efficient. In my opinion, this store is by far the best customer experience location in town. Thank you for the excellent service you provide each day.

I went to this location to ship a box of clothes to my brother. The box I used was from a paint store but was clearly filled with clothing. The young Indian boy working the counter asks me what's in the box. I tell him two sweatshirts. He proceeds to tell me that the box says flammable materials. I restate that I used the box to pack two sweatshirts and there are no flammable materials in the box. He asks me if I'm sure there are no flammable materials in the box. At this point I'm wondering if something was lost in translation, but he definitely speaks clear English...so maybe you think I'm lying? Does if feel like two cans of paint thinner? In short, I went to Ship Shop a little further up the road and got quality service. I ship every week, but they'll never see a dime of my money until they learn that you need customers, and customers can always find other businesses to provide the same services with better customer service.

Was refused on my package for USPS. I understand they don’t provide a tracking but they normally accept it and say there won’t be any receipt which is fine. Indian dude denied it and said I cannot take and to take it to USPS, needs to get more friendly how he assists clients and get a smile in your voice - doesn’t matter if you are an owner, owners son or an
associate! Be more friendly when you offer options. Address client if something has changed. I was in a rush to go to work and didn’t want to get into any conversation with him. He needs to learn about customer service from other associates over there.
