First time using this location. Needed assistance printing a label and had a bulky package to ship.The girl at the counter (sorry didn't get her name) made it so Flippin easy. I was in and out in less than 5 min.Thanks so much for making this a painless and easy experience

Kind, quick, efficient. Not just packages, but when we needed our pictures for passport renewals. Even during holiday and after when busy, the employees are efficient and polite.

The family that owns/operates this location is amazing. They are so kind and friendly. I had a mailbox with them for years and it gave me huge peace of mind. I no longer needed it after I moved across town, but they still treat me like family when I come in and they go above and beyond when it comes to their service.

I was in a bind for my husbands surprise 70th birthday and the manager, Shameel Faiyaz, pulled out a big win. He was concerned about my ideas, but he rolled with it and even offered to go the extra mile and manipulate my project to insure proper printing. My project (decoupaged wooden coasters) turned out amazing!! A HUGE thank you Shameel!!!

once they were trustworthy •• And that's gone. I have stopped being able to receive maximum importance medical delivery there. originally they had offered a very perfect integrity hold for pickup which costs less than mailboxes for those of us specifically deliver items to clients after they arrive from the manufacturer. it was simple for $5 per item held. I used this to do business as a delivery person to fix package theft and bad mailroom behavior done by post office and some of the apartments landlords in this local area. I receive my own and some for people I deliver it to. now they are not reliable or trust worthy at all. the integrity of it is gone, I didn't expect that with the ups brand but maybe they hired a bad worker I don't know. •••••••• I think it's just one worker who did this wrong. it ruined my life for multiple Destination I deliver to, for last few months. now I can not trust them again and I hope they won't lose new glasses which shipped slower due to time for manufacturing. goodbye to this corrupt neighborhood. in conclusion, you should be a lot more careful with your local small businesses and be worried that doing your work wrong will harm the less able, the mothers, the loved ones for whom we put in all our work. be more worried that you will hurt them if you do it wrong. please do not do this to someone's deliveries again. I'm begging you. I won't forgive but honestly people don't deserve to lose their purchases that isn't sold in the stores easily. this did so much damage to my locals biz. I am really stunned. you can't do that when people trust you doing it right. we will pay somewhere else as soon as we figure out that it's wasting our time and livelihood to type in your destination as where to get a purchase.

I’ve been coming to this location for years. I had a disappointing experience today at this UPS Store. I went in to have a single page printed on cardstock, but I was informed that the person who prints on cardstock wasn’t available (which seemed odd to me as I’ve worked in printing before and know they can print on one machine but ok). I reluctantly agreed to have my print on regular paper and was told it would cost 17 cents. After confirming the price, I sent the file and quickly went to my car to get change. However, when I returned, I was shocked to be told it would actually cost $1.70. When I questioned this sudden price increase, the employee simply said, “yeah, no, it’s $1.70 for the first page.” Feeling misled, I decided to decline the print and left the store frustrated with the poor service. Also love that every response to bad reviews are the same exact response and offer no solution. I will not be using the services of this store again.

On Monday 23 I came to this store and mailed 2 letters.One of the letter the representative told me it'll be there by Wednesday 25. I paid the fee and left with my receipt and tracking #.I've tracked my letter at it shows that this has not left the store. USPS tracking is still waiting for the letter.When I called the store the response from the employee is that they have no control of this due to being mailed to a PO Box and it's being handled by USPS.... Well Everytime I check the USPS tracking it shows they are stills waiting for the letter since it only shows a label being created and that's it.I want to know where is my letter.There were important documents and now is nowhere to be found.The customer service and efficiency from this store is really frustrating and disappointing
