I tried to make an appointment with this bank. The auto phone gave an auto answer to check the website. The website to book an appointment is non-sensical and refers to the website again, which loops around and around. The bank will not answer its own phone, and sends you on this endless chase of looped auto-answers. As soon as humanly possible, we are going to take our funds and go to a different bank. There is no customer service, only customer perverse.

This bank has the worst slowest service of any bank I've been to. This people working here have very unprofessional work ethics. I'll never come back again. It was remodeled and took it seemed over a year and a half to fix the roof. The new layout is bad and no place to stand while waiting for your turn and you'll be waiting awhile here.

0 stars if possible. This is the worst location hands down- something is always broken and it's always the something you need. A real pretty but useless location. I hope they call me for a survey.

What kind of a Bank removes coin counters from their branches? Also when you have one teller working the window and she has 10 people in line waiting, why can't the branch manager help out at the teller window? So much for customer service at US Bank. Branch: 7003 NE 40th st, Vancouver WA 98661

If I could leave zero starts I would. There's so many registers available and with a couple of people at the registers but only one person is helping out customers at a time. If you can avoid coming here please do.

Got a loan payoff amount and dropped by this location to hand them a check for 6 figures. Stepped in and sat down to wait for the next seated banker. No one even acknowledged us. 20 minitues later one banker at a desk finishes up with a client, walks past us, doesn't say a word, and then proceeds to help the next person in the teller line. I get the line for normal banking business, but not for special banking issues. 10 more minutes and I stand up to talk to one of the bankers at a desk. A guy jumped in front of us to ask when he could be seen and the banker said at least 2.5hrs. I said holy $nikeys to myself and left this branch. This is not the first time I have sat in line forever to take care of something at this branch. This is a pathetic way to conduct business. Did not get treated bad or overlooked at other branches. This one seems to have some management issues as they are not meeting the mark...

I've been a is bank customer for 20 years. I really find nothing special about us bank. They don't offer great deals on auto or mortgage loans..... I'm going to join a credit union. If you're looking for a bank, shop around.

US bank has horrible customer service, not knocking the lower employers because I know they don't have the decision making. But I called in today to have an Overdraft fee waived on an account I rarely use and mistakenly overspent on. I've been with them for over five years and I have not asked for them to waive anything in years, I can't even remember the last time because it's been forever. She kept telling me I wasn't eligible. I work for a credit union and I know that we can easily waiver fee as a courtesy if it's not being abused on an account especially if that account is now positive. I was repeatedly being put on hold without being told that I needed to hold... So this person was clearly knew and someone was helping them in the background. Overall really disappointed, not that most employees care but in switching over to a credit union.

I received an IRS refund check in the amount of $697. as it was my first refund check ever I wasn't aware that you weren't supposed to put them in an ATM machine. So I deposit with my ATM card. a week later I see that it's been debited out of my account and that they have sent me a letter stating that my IRS check could not be received through an ATM. I called the 800 US Bank number and they informed me that they are going to send me a copy of my IRS check and then I will take that copy into the bank and then they will be able to make deposit from there. So I go into the bank I feel after next week would be tell her I explain my entire situation and manager of the bank comes over and says yep's has me sign it to take the deposit I see that the money is in my account. and now today I get a letter showing that they have taken the money out of my account and sent me a letter stating that they removed the money from my account because my 697.00 check was not included in my deposit!!!! The very deposit they took from me and that the manager approved!!! I'm livid... Absolutely L I V I D... I call the 800 number again where the customer service rep proceeds to "Ma am " me to death..

I have been a member of US Bank for a few years and have loved it, but since the beginning of this year it has been a nightmare. I've had THREE cards with chips that have malfunctioned after just a month or twoof ownership each. I was tagged for fraudulent charges because I bought gas, and they didn't notify me. I recently requested my FOURTH card of 2018 (6 months into the year!) due to chip malfunctions. I did not receive this card, yet they shut my debit card off without notifying me. When I call to inquire what is going on with my card, I receive nothing but attitude and no real explanation. I've spoken with 3 different people regarding this, and none of them can tell me WHY my card was deactivated. They have told me it can't be reactivated and that I'll have to wait for a new card to come. If you are thinking of opening an account, look elsewhere.
