New to the area and called a Vancouver, WA branch. The person was pleasant, helpful and accommodating so we were convinced to move our banking. However, we discovered that U.S Bank is an ESG bank so we nixed them. Banks need to stay in their lane.

My complaint would be too long to narrate in detail. Customer service from teller and Mgr was the worst ever. Too focused on blaming another bank for their system failure when I shared that their own fraud dept. told me over the phone that it was US Bank error. Mgr thought I was dumb and flat out lied to my face until I called her out on the situation and clearly detailed what I saw. Very disappointed as our company has been with US Bank since January 2013. If they would have thought "how can we", maybe they could've provided better service to solve the issue instead of blaming someone else.

I haven't had any problems with the bank tellers, but for some reason NFC tap doesn't work on the ATM for me at this location. It works at the 164th location, and others in PortlandIt's kind of annoying since I don't like to carry my debit card around

This branch is disgusting. Nothing against goodwill, but it just looks like goodwill opened a financial services branch. So dreary. Poor souls that have to work in there. Experience was super uncomfortable. Had to open a new business account fast for bookkeeping reasons.... Can't imagine I'll stick with them long term.

US.Bank employees are happy to serve the community through service & loyalty. Leveling personaly with customers in a hard patch of life, or celebrating a win, when a customer hits their financial goal...Even though they have a simple & easy mobile banking app..Go inside - US.Bank staff make a visit inside, genuinely worth it.

This bank went from decent to one of the worst in the past 6 months or so... ATMs are never working the people that work there doesn't seem to care much about customer service...Do your self a favor and go to the location on 164th

Recently moved and started using this branch instead of the one I'm used to. So far everyone has been extremely helpful, and they often recognize me and call me out by name (when I'm going there frequently in a week). Gretchen helped me upgrade my safety deposit box, and while there were a few complications involved, she handled it like a trooper.I would definitely recommend using this bank/branch. I have been a customer with USBank for over 20 years, and the only problem I've had with them is incorrectly setting my daily spending limit on the debit card too low. Takes a significant period of time to get that changed for some reason. Other than that though, no complaints.Most of the bad reviews I've read through seem to be coming from entitled folks that believe they should receive the more complicated services without having to make appointments for it. I had to make an appointment for my safety deposit box stuff, no big deal. I'm *glad* that they offer appointments.

Close your accounts people!!!! This person refused to serve me because I said she was being micro-aggressive. I guess she thought being all out aggressive was more effective. In this "cancel culture" I do not need to continue to do business where I get HORRIBLE service. I simply got into another line and CLOSED my account!! #mikedrop #localbanks #creditunion

Man, I’ve been making a big mistake by going through the atm and app all the time! My husband and I just went in and were helped by Zellie, who was covering from the Downtown location. She noticed that I had the wrong type of account for my needs and suggested a better account type for me. She processed that change while finishing our other transactions and is now saving me money each month!

Absolutely the worst bank in the industry!!I took my son to get his first bank account and wouldn't you know it they messed up his mobile deposit, who are they to say you can only deposit so much in a day?oh and you think they'd have a 24 hr customer service number ? What a horrible bankI'm going to have my son close this account and we'll go elsewhere

Went to Mill Plain Branch to do wire, one person in line for banker.Teller said not today because she didn't want to make her banker feel rushed!She told me I could go to another branch, I said I'd wait my turn.She later came out and said the other branch would take me. I asked if someone came in would I have to wait, "No, they well wait for me." Guess what, 1 banker with someone and here I sit waiting.That women was kirt and must of had an agenda.

I went to there on 6/4/21 after speaking to a representative on the phone about withdrawing money from my US bank unemployment account. The rep told me I could withdraw 1250 from the ATM and 1250 from the bank inside. I told the girl at the counter that. She proceeded to run my card inside the bank for 2500 and it was declined. When she came back and told me, I told her that she was only supposed to run the card inside the bank for 1250 as l had told her. I asked her to do it again, she said she wouldn’t and asked me to step aside for her to help the next customer. Needless to say I was extremely upset as l needed the money right then. She was a young girl with long dark hair, l didn’t catch her name but she was very unprofessional and extremely rude. Not having listen to what I asked of her, then screwing up, she coldly told me to leave her window three times. I’ve been in customer service for almost thirty years and would never treat a customer as she had me. This branch would be doing itself a favor by giving this person a crash course on how to listen and actually hear what the customer is asking for.
