Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Waited over five minutes in drive through; when someone finally helped me they said they were backed up and it would be fifteen minutes before they could help me. I'm dumbfounded. Unfortunately, I had already sent my documents through the system, so I was held captive.

A careless employee from this branch allowed someone to fraudulently withdraw $200 from my account. I have been a US Bank customer for over a decade and will now be taking my business to a local credit union.

The branch is putting a new roofing, construction people shut the entrance, only one drive up window opened. I waited for half an hour.

The staff at this Salmon Creck branch have always been excellent to me, until these last few days that happened to be exact Thursdays and Fridays they only fooled me. Since it is under construction, it is difficult to access and I called several times to get help from them since another branch told me that that was the only place they could help me with my situation and I only received deception from the people who answered the phone and were supposed to help me. . They are their client.

The customer service experience with Marc Duncan, the branch manager at US Bank in Salmon Creek, was exceptionally poor, and there are concerns about possible racial bias. Considering this experience, it's understandable why this location has garnered a low rating.

Each employee encounter I’ve had here has been excellent but Mrs. Dina, she’s awesome. She always greets me with a smile and ends the transaction with a smile. My last bank run, she surprised me with lollipops in my deposit bag. Thank you so much. Love Mrs. Dina, she makes my mornings the best and she’s super quick with deposits too.
