Very rude. My husband passed 40 days ago and I've been given misinformation too many times and wasted too much time with their unhelpfulness. It's frustrating and disrespectful of my time. I've banked with them for over 5 years and will start looking elsewhere.

I am new to this bank, the first time I went I had excellent service from Cody .The Second time I
when I ask to deposit money to my savings account and instead see deposited on my checking account. The third time I win, I ask for money withdraw from my savings account. She took them out from my Checking account. Very, very unfriendly all of them except Cody. That’s the only reason I stay with them for now.Then I took a check that was made to My name and my late husband‘s Estate acount. I tried to deposit it. They gave me a horrible time. They weren’t very helpful at all. I was asked to go online and search for forms to open in the estate account for one check. Thank God, I didn’t close my account on Columbia credit union So I went there and deposited with no problem at all. If you want a good customer service, you are not going to find it in this branch. very disappointed. Not very friendly at all. It’s like they hate their work.

UPDATE: I EMAIL AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVE ANY HELP, SO DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND GO TO UNION BANK OR WELLS FARGO AT THE MALL HAS VERY EFFICIENT AND POLITE EMPLOYEES!!
BE AWARE. WORST SERVICE. THEY WILL HOLD YOUR FREAKING REAL MONEY THAT YOU TRY TO DEPOSIT TO PAY EMPLOYEES ABOUT $20K AND PUT AN ABSURD DELAY ON THE AVAILABILITY. CERTAINLY JUST USING AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF YOUR MONEY. I AM CONTRACTOR AND THIS IS THE MOST DISHONEST BANK I EVER DEAL WITH. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ALSO.

Worst costumer service ever! I never had a problem with any other branches but this one!! Been talked to very passive aggressively multiple times and yelled as well. Horrible attitude worst place to bank with.

I had an appointment and was met right away. I had been dreading this meeting, thinking that it would be a waste of everyone's time, but I was absolutely wrong. The banker who assisted us in modernizing our account was excellent. She had a great attitude, was very knowledgeable, and explained everything very clearly. Thank you so much!

Derrick Francisco helped me open a savings account and possibly a credit account. He worked very hard, listened to my questions, and explained them all to the best of his abilities. It took him a long time with me today but I never felt rushed by him. He definitely cares for this branch and wants it to do the best it can for its loyal customer. Honestly if i had a great deal in decision making for US Bank, I would make Derrick the regional manager at least. Honestly can tell he cares for his customer and his job. I have seen much improvements at this location due to his amazing management skills. And it seems his coworker enjoys his leadership as well.

Just went in to deposit a couple checks. The lady who was "helping" me couldn't care less who she was helping. I wanted a copy of the checks and she came back with "I know!! I will do it!!" No smile no "hello" just terrible service. I expect this kind of service at government offices but not at the bank I have been going to for 20 years!!

We met with Ruben Ramirez on 2/27/24, for advice on joint accounts.
Ruben spent a much longer appointment time than scheduled to answer questions on other concerns on our minds on banking and credit concerns.
He was very knowledgeable on all areas of banking and took time to find out from experts if not sure.
We came away with all of of our concerns and questions answered and were very satisfied.

I really kept trying to give this branch a chance but GEEEZ their customer service is horrid. I don’t know what y’all are doing to the pregnant drive up teller (never has a name tag on) but she is horrible. Her level of rudeness is just over the top. If you hate your job or people, why do you work at a bank? I had a simple deposit for my business and she acted like the world was going to end bc I didn’t fill out a deposit slip. And I took the stack of deposit slips she passive aggressively gave my husband and threw them out. I WILL NOT bank here anymore. Absolutely ridiculous.

They lock the doors before closing time and then are inside laughing about people not being able to get inside. Really ugly attitudes ( and the employees aren’t so great looking either). Exactly why I closed all our accounts with them…..

I have had the opportunity to deal with this branch in several different ways for the last year or so, but especially in the last month -- staff is awesome -- especially Deby who always goes the extra mile for me, I suspect that many of the staff would do the same. I have just been lucky enough to get the same person often enough to experience incredible consistency. I appreciate the way the bank and its staff "recognize me" from various transactions in one area and that crosses over to how they treat me when new things need to be dealt with. I don't EVER expect fancy VIP treatment, but I adore that I am treated like a member of the "family" who is cared for and respected because I also treat them well. It's my experience that it is always a two way street to be received and interacted with authentically. Happy customer -- not because absolutely everything went right, but because huge effort was made to make it right and I was treated as if, if it were up to them alone, it would go exactly the way I needed it to go. I can live with this kind of treatment. Oh and By the way. I have been with US Bank for EONS, and laws been treated well. but at the branch level, some excel -- and this branch Excels!!
