I really kept trying to give this branch a chance but GEEEZ their customer service is horrid. I don’t know what y’all are doing to the pregnant drive up teller (never has a name tag on) but she is horrible. Her level of rudeness is just over the top. If you hate your job or people, why do you work at a bank? I had a simple deposit for my business and she acted like the world was going to end bc I didn’t fill out a deposit slip. And I took the stack of deposit slips she passive aggressively gave my husband and threw them out. I WILL NOT bank here anymore. Absolutely ridiculous.

They lock the doors before closing time and then are inside laughing about people not being able to get inside. Really ugly attitudes ( and the employees aren’t so great looking either). Exactly why I closed all our accounts with them…..

I have had the opportunity to deal with this branch in several different ways for the last year or so, but especially in the last month -- staff is awesome -- especially Deby who always goes the extra mile for me, I suspect that many of the staff would do the same. I have just been lucky enough to get the same person often enough to experience incredible consistency. I appreciate the way the bank and its staff "recognize me" from various transactions in one area and that crosses over to how they treat me when new things need to be dealt with. I don't EVER expect fancy VIP treatment, but I adore that I am treated like a member of the "family" who is cared for and respected because I also treat them well. It's my experience that it is always a two way street to be received and interacted with authentically. Happy customer -- not because absolutely everything went right, but because huge effort was made to make it right and I was treated as if, if it were up to them alone, it would go exactly the way I needed it to go. I can live with this kind of treatment. Oh and By the way. I have been with US Bank for EONS, and laws been treated well. but at the branch level, some excel -- and this branch Excels!!

This isn’t the first time when come to this branch and have to wait for teller to come to the window. Like they just helped someone before me and walk away as soon as I pull up even if there’re bunch of cars in line and they do that often. Customer service has really gone down in US Bank sadly. I remember when teller were friendly and would just simply ask how’s your day and have small talks. Now they just take your stuff and turn off their microphone. Also often I’ll come across clueless tellers. Simple deposits take them 20 mins to process. Come on US Bank, you were soooo much better before. Do proper training please. Deposits (when everything is filled out) should not take longer than 1 min. Please always have teller in the drive thru window!!!!

This is the worst branch in Vancouver. Simply because the tellers are incompetent & clueless. Atm was broken which they were aware of yet didn’t put any sort of sign up saying out of order! My card fell in the atm I called the very next morning and Samantha said I will let them know and give you a call when they come to fix it that was 9am I didn’t receive a call all day I called the next morning of course different clueless teller Debbie says we destroyed the card? Are you kidding me why would you destroy my card after you told me you’ll hold it if Samantha was educated in her job she would have told me they destroy the cards and I could’ve overnighted a new one and not wait two days? The ATM is always out of order & malfunctioning and the tellers are hopeless without guidance from a manger! This branch use to be really good until new managers and you can really see how downhill it’s gone!

This branch is horrible.All other branches have way better customer service.If you are able to I would suggest going to a different branch. Every time I come in to make changes on my account or event deposit checks there is a different issue on why they are not able to assist. Never had these issues in any other branch.

First: NO ONE ASNWERS THE PHONES at this branch -- I've tried for days. And there's no way to hold or leave a voice mail --therefore, no way to get a return call. Totally useless. Second: During my last deposit, the teller started asking me all kinds of inappropriate details about how I got the money for the check. It was extremely odd and unnerving. I'm there TO BANK, not answer questions explaining how I got the money -- which is NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS! This is absolutely inappropriate and a violation of boundaries. It is hard to believe they are not trained on this.PS: This could have been handled without a Google review, had someone actually ANSWERED THE PHONE at the bank.

Very little I can't do on line but i have used this branch on occasion for ordering a bank card, address change and required account updates post Covid. I didn't have any problems with them. The staff there has always been courteous and business like in there response to me. All branches offer appointments to facilitate services and prevent unnecessary extended wait times. If I'm going in with my wife it will be by appointment to make sure we are both not left waiting. If my opinion changes, I'm happy to update this. Appointment coming up in a couple weeks. Only comment: what kind of business doesn't open until 11:00 AM,

Drive through worker was not it she def needs more training,Saturdays are the worst to go here for you will have a long line wait hours only 2 people working and there working slow like we customers are not important to them.I recommend different spots.

Always have issues the six times I’ve gone in here. They have 1 teller working with a line out the door. There tellers screw up all the time they don’t take the funds out correctly. I’ll be taking my business somewhere else I’m done.

It did not help. Your ATM was broken and everything I needed to do couldn't be done online. You can't pull cash out online. Thank you for absolutely nothing Kortnee. This shows how little this branch values your customers time
