Very little I can't do on line but i have used this branch on occasion for ordering a bank card, address change and required account updates post Covid. I didn't have any problems with them. The staff there has always been courteous and business like in there response to me. All branches offer appointments to facilitate services and prevent unnecessary extended wait times. If I'm going in with my wife it will be by appointment to make sure we are both not left waiting. If my opinion changes, I'm happy to update this. Appointment coming up in a couple weeks. Only comment: what kind of business doesn't open until 11:00 AM,

I have been with U.S. Bank for the last 20 years I've had nothing but problems with this particular branch. The last 18 months they have screwed up five times when I take a deposit out of my business account. They don't credit it out of the account I have to call or go in and let them know that they made a mistake and they need to take the money out. Obviously I'm not in the banking industry but this cannot be that hard to debit someone's account and take the money out it seems like that this branch should be open until they can Trina employees better or check into the employees for stealing money.

It did not help. Your ATM was broken and everything I needed to do couldn't be done online. You can't pull cash out online. Thank you for absolutely nothing Kortnee. This shows how little this branch values your customers time
