This branch is disgusting. Nothing against goodwill, but it just looks like goodwill opened a financial services branch. So dreary. Poor souls that have to work in there. Experience was super uncomfortable. Had to open a new business account fast for bookkeeping reasons.... Can't imagine I'll stick with them long term.

Set up a basic checking account with them. Amazing customer service from Preston, the gentleman who opened the account for me. He deserves a raise and employee of the year. He went over and beyond giving great customer service. Thank you Preston for the good experience with you guys.

After spending 30 minutes on the phone this morning, trying to transfer money into my account to pay on an overdrawn account, I came to this location to get everything fixed. Granted, this is after months of calls & working through US BANKs help options online in order to connect my capital one account to this account, so that I can easily transfer money back & forth. Us bank could never get the account to connect. Mary, "helped" me try to figure out how to close my account. Come to find out I got some Covid 19 relief amount of money, which in order to close the account, I would have to pay back. I never received a letter, notification through the app or an email telling me about this money. Apparently I would have to pay this amount back in 90 days. Unsure how US BANK can just mess with your accounts & give zero notifications. Oh wait, but Mary told me I got a notification... suuuper rude & very unhelpful. When I asked how she would know if I got a notification, she just stared at me. I literally pulled up my email to show her zero emails. Then she pulled over a manager & told the manager that I wasn't understanding what was going on, rolled her eyes at me numerous times & was extremely unhelpful. Even the manager told me that I misplaced the notifications like I was an idiot who doesn't know how to look through my emails. I pulled up my junk email & my regular to show them a bunch of emails from us bank but nothing from the date of the covid credit. Can't close my account, can't do anything. Waste of my time & just confirms how awful of a bank is bank is. I tell everyone trying to find a bank to bank with to avoid us bank & today just confirms that I will keep doing so.

I do NOT like the fact they visibly count out money in the drive thru window for everyone to see. The lady in the car next to me actually looked over in shock as the teller was counting out the money. This is a major safety concern! Now people in the drive thru know exactly how much money I am carrying on me and who's to stop them from following me and mugging me? Other banks have you count the money in your car and sign the receipt to verify the amount is correct. Do this. Every time I go inside I'm being sold something or pretty much asked why this is not my main bank. This review is why this is not my main bank. I only use this bank to cash my checks that are drawn on US Bank.

We had contacted corporate, told them the whole story... said they would check into itsure. Get a letter from them, stating same BS, upon verification of income blah blah. He has no bills, pays off his credit card each month. No we are done with US Bank, he is closing all accounts So when you turn bank into feds, there is no place to attach or send your paperwork. They contact the bank, they send lots of paperwork, lie, feds never contact us agaon, send us copies of the banks papers, and close it. Expect this of government offices their to "help" you and expect US Bank to try and screw you for everything they can try and get. They are not their to help you.
