I went in to cash a check. I had completed this process multiple times at this location and others. The individual who's name is on the card requested my social security number and other personal information. When I asked why, considering NO ONE ELSE at any location mentioned needing it, she told me it was required. I explained I had never been told additional information was necessary. She was adamant about getting my social! I refused. She would not cash the check.
I went to a different location and proceeded as I always had. No one required the information she said I had to provide. I asked the alternate location to confirm the requirement for additional information and was told there was no requirement for amount I was receiving.
Be careful with personal information! This person was quick to falsify information and became a bit overzealous when I refused to participate. Find out the actual necessities before blindly handing over your life!
Other than this incident, everyone else at this location has been reasonable.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Unquestionably the worst customer experience I have had with any business of any kind in my 44 years of age. They don't keep promises or return phone calls, and they're not helping me resolve anything. Left me feeling totally helpless after three weeks of doing backflips to work with them.
So, so bad.

Had a tricky savings bond that came into maturity. I was weary to have to explain (with my very limited knowledge) medallion signature steps at a branch location I was unfamiliar with. However, was pleasantly surprised. Tyler, Preston, and the team at the Fischer's Landing branch are warm, professional, and they knew how to execute. Most banks only have 1 person with medallion notary abilities. Fischer's Landing has 3 AND a nice coffee maker. New go-to.

My brother and especially my elderly father had recommended that I open an account here, so I finally went in with my father yesterday. I was surprised by how kindly he was greeted and respectfully treated by a representative there and seated. I felt that from beginning to end, the gentleman who helped us,Tyler, was patient and took his time to explain and take us through opening my account. It was such a pleasant experience that I actually ended up opening up a checking and applying for a credit card (which I originally had no intention of doing). I have been using B of A for over 20 years, and have had no issues so far, but I have never seen anyone at the bank treat my aging father as patiently and kindly as he has. I sincerely thank Tyler for his excellent customer service; anyone of any position at this or any other bank should take a lesson from his book in manners to get new customers and maintain their relationships with existing ones. If this is this branch’s customer service, my family and I will be loyal customers for years to come and recommend it to our friends and relatives as well.

Well.. again they have taken the window out of the drive up window.. so you have to use the tube and video camera.. I purposely drove 5 miles from the US Bank 1 minute from my house to this one because thar USBank on 40th street left me sitting in the drive thru for 35 minutes.. I arrived at this branch at 12:55 pm today (Saturday) And sat for 10 minutes before a person greeted me. It's now been 5 minutes waiting for him to take my deposit.. I truly feel like they have some rule that instructs their employee's ignore the drive thru.

I went to this bank to deposit money (3/20/2023). I usually go to orchard area in Vancouver near my home, but I did some errands near that area and decided to find the us bank near this area. This US bank branch needs to get a better customer service. I get inside the lobby and one of the bank teller to wait and will help me in a minute (his in the other customer, I understand), I waited sitting in a nice chair until the customer is done. The minute the customer is done, I stood up and ready to get to the teller but told me again to wait (his talking to the other teller). I probably waited approximately 10 minutes or more. So I waited again. Two person came it (white Caucasian, one female and male). They got help right away, and they didn't tell those couples I was there waiting for more than 10 minutes. I walked out because that's ridiculous! I went to window teller hoping it will be faster, that was a mistake because I waited for 30 minutes and never again going stopping by to that branch ever again! I felt being discriminated.

I had the best customer service here. So, great me and my husband are going here for any transaction or need. Most all the US banks I have been to are great except the on Mill Plain but I think that was just a mess up on the guys part since he didn't know how to use a printer. This one lady was so nice and technology savvy.
