Was just trying to change my address and the lady made me feel bad about having a disability. What, do you want me to rocket science in a simple way to you about my conditions, the one that might make me pass out on the floor? I took the disabled parking spot, and I only said I have a disability, and you got upset at us for being next in line and coming without being called, there was no sign saying we had to wait, get a sign? I can't control my heart rate or blood pressure fyi and I was having convulsive syncope. Don't treat me like crap! I wasn't even being mean to you, you make me feel bad about having a disability, and your temperature in your building triggered an episode

I don't know why they bother leaving redelivery slips when they'll just completely disregard whatever date you give them and redeliver when they want to.

So glad Amazon decided USPS would deliver my package. USPS decided that because I live in apartments, they would not deliver my package. They didn't knock, they ignored redelivery and told me to come pick it up myself with a slip in the mailbox. I literally work every single day except the ONE DAY you are open, thanks a lot, I despise you lazy jerks. You're willing to drive all the way out to me but not bring it upstairs??? YOU SUCK!

Over a dozen different places I have lived with all the different post offices used, I have never once been talked to in such a way as East Vancouver DCU.
Consistent aggressively poor attitude, guilt tripping, disrespectful, and argumentative. Incorrectly delivered mail and undelivered packages, we only use UPS and Fedex now.
It's no wonder the USPS is losing billions of dollars.

If the lockers at my apartment are full they return to sender or occasionally let me pick it up from the this post office. Not sure why the mail delivery person does this over and over again. Not sure why they cannot deliver it to my door but this is so frustrating. If the lockers are full that’s not because of me, do your job and deliver the package I paid to be shipped to me.

Someone is stealing money/gift cards from envelopes before/while delivering! Do not use their carriers!
I sent my son-in-law a birthday card. When I called to confirm he got it, he told me it was opened and the contents stolen. They have a ring camera- no one tampered w his mailbox. It had to be the carrier.

No one ever answers the phone when you call. It eventually just hangs up on you. When you drive there to get answers the parking lot is full, the line is long and the person working there is not helpful at all. Worst customer service ever!

You guys suck. You guys lost my 150$ package and then won't even answer the phone. I have been calling for 2 days and you guys haven't even picked up the phone once. Unbelievable. I can't believe these people are the ones handling my packages.

The phone is used to answer phone calls
