Teffeny was very helpful and efficient especially as we were applying for our newborns passport! Everything was processed quickly even when the photos were taken during the appointment. Great experience

Tyler was by far the friendliest and most helpful PS employee I've ever encountered. He encouraged and offered me a variety of options on how to ship my package. I've shipped a lot of packages from all around the country and even overseas and have never encountered as USPS employee so kind. Though most people take the space for granted, I appreciate the 107 year old architecture. I hung around to check it out now.
They also had a good flow of people in and out. No long lines.

Came in with a fairly strange request and Tyler was very helpful! Explained everything clearly and got things sent out (even with me needing to write out addresses) in less than 10 minutes. Overhead the gal with him and she was just as friendly and helpful with the person she assisted too.

Been here a few times in the past few weeks and each time was a notably positive experience. Employees have been super helpful, kind, and friendly. Definitely my favorite post office in Vancouver! Love the beautiful old building too!
