Regarding that last review, do not make an appointment elsewhere and then come to this location since they are by appointments only. You were sent to the post office location where actually made an appointment since the person who made an appointment here did not make the same mistake as you by reading instructions. Hence we had to help the person who was here at the right place and right time and that is why you were sent to the correct location!

If I could give this post office zero stars I would. The passport lady, which I can't remember her name. It starts with an M is very rude. I can tell she dislikes her job and doesn't like to take time to help people. 🙄 That or she is just lazy. Both times I was there she hasn't been helpful at all. She sent me to a different location. When I got there the man who was there was super nice and very helpful. He told me the lady at this location should have helped me but chose not to.

You're employees and the public are having to suffer in a non airconditioned space. This is absolutely unacceptable and it's only a matter of time until someone passes out from the heat and unvenalated space. This issue needs to be of extremely high importance for the safety of you're employees and the public.

Tried to say there was no access to delivery location at my house. I literally have them on camera just driving by and not even trying. Driveway was wide open!

We came by several weeks ago to get a passport application processed for my daughter. I was surprised at how quick the appointment was, the employee was very efficient. However, she did not take care of the paperwork properly. We paid extra to have my daughter’s photo taken there and it was not taken correctly and was rejected. When I went to retake it at Walgreens they said people come in all the time who had their photo taken at the post office rejected. I understand wanting to be efficient but it is not fun to pay extra for your photo and have it be rejected, and to take the extra time not just to get a replacement but also to cause a delay in your passport being approved. Thankfully we are not traveling for several more months so this didn’t become an emergency, but I would advise others to have their photo taken elsewhere and just bring it with your paperwork.

USPS is reliable and affordable, but the workers here are standoffish and NEVER answer the phone. At least there's a full-featured kiosk.

After multiple attempts, unable to obtain an answer from anyone at main phone number. My mail has not been being delivered for multiple weeks. Where is it going? No notification given. Contacting USPS 800 number.

My family came in during our lunch breaks for passport appointments. The lady that helped us was exceptional. Pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy it was. Thank you!

This is suppose to be a 24 hour location but now isn’t despite still having signs everywhere that it is. You cannot drop off envelopes or packages outside of their business hours. Maybe put up a drop box or something if you aren’t going to do the service you say you offer.

Went to drop off packages after work and there was a sign posted on the door that they aren’t doing 24/hr drop off anymore due to theft. Pretty frustrating when you work past their open hours and need to drop a package off during the week.
