This location is a good to for most people in town. I have posted a picture of the lobby hour change that took place almost 2 yrs ago but I find it helpful for hours.

Staff here was excellent and very patient. Not sure why all the negative reviews. Maybe they have new employees, maybe not, but they were very good to me.

What can I say about the Vancouver post office other than the employees are so nice. I had questions about mailing a package to Hawaii for my daughter and also mailing a package out to get my birth certificate from Tucson Arizona. Both times I was served by a very lovely employee who had a lot of information and help me. I'm always very pleased when I go in there I'm an older woman who enjoy chatting and didn't feel pressured to leave the counter. Thank you to the post office and all the employees who make me feel welcome and deliver my mail in a timely fashion. Also thanks for the wonderful tips on mailing and your services I look forward to going in there again soon blessings to all you employees!

They keep sending my address change to the wrong address even though ive changed my previous address multiple times to see if that helped and even tried to have it forwarded to anywhere but THAT address and its gonna be going on my 8-9th time going in there on my day off to probably have them send it to the wrong place again... Ive watched my digest on my email and see where it says to send it and it ends up in Portland still as opposed to Vancouver... How do i sue? Its kept me from getting other mail including my debit card and its been extremely difficult to pay for bills or let alone anything else without being able to activate my card or link my bank account to things all because USPS doesn't know how to send an address change to the correct address... Its like they dont even read where it goes 🙃

Rude passport person. Younger gal just gave us an attitude and said we needed to make an appointment online. I later found out (by calling) that appointments could be made at the kiosk. She didn’t even have the courtesy of helping us make an appointment. Mind you the little passport office was empty and no line whatsoever. Just felt like subpar service.

I love this post office they just have this one older lady I swear, she is so slow, if you been there you know who I’m talking about, for every three people the other clerk helps, she is still on the same customer smh, imagine have to work with someone like that.

They constantly misplace packages of my online orders, they even suggested to send my items to an Amazon locker, instead of just searching for them. I do pay for this service and it’s not cheap. The issue is not only with Amazon but everything I order online. Amazon even has the name of the person that receives the package and still they say they didn’t get it. I don’t understand why is so difficult to sort packages by box number? They used to have really helpful staff last year but now everyone seems to be new or just refusing to make any kind of effort to help
