Vancouver Laundromat is a modern and spacious facility with very clean, newer machines. It features the largest capacity commercial-grade washers in town, and the commercial dryers work very quickly. A huge plus is the ability to pay with a debit or credit card. The location in Orchards Plaza is very close and convenient. The laundromat is generally clean and safe, though it can get very busy. During peak times, parking is impossible and the environment can become chaotic and very loud. A common issue is that people often leave items behind in the machines for extended periods. Some dryers have gunk stuck in them from years of use, and the floors can be messy, requiring cleaning before starting laundry. Occasional problems with card readers on machines have been reported, though these are typically fixed quickly. While online information mentions free Wi-Fi, it is not available. The snack machine is often empty. Each wash load is considered pretty expensive, with costs adding up. Despite some drawbacks, it is a decent and recommended place for its primary purpose: doing laundry.

This is one of the cleanest laundry mats I've been to in a long time! Kudos I was running late and the owners saw I had my son, they let me dry my clothes, while I sat outside and they cleaned! Awesome customer service. Will be bk for sure !

Having my house renovated means trips to the local laundry mat! Absolutely love how close it is and so far very clean and safe!! Only con is each load can be pretty expensive and definitely add up as I do pay about $9.00 a load just to wash. Overall recommended :)
