Vancouver Laundromat is a modern and spacious facility with very clean, newer machines. It features the largest capacity commercial-grade washers in town, and the commercial dryers work very quickly. A huge plus is the ability to pay with a debit or credit card. The location in Orchards Plaza is very close and convenient. The laundromat is generally clean and safe, though it can get very busy. During peak times, parking is impossible and the environment can become chaotic and very loud. A common issue is that people often leave items behind in the machines for extended periods. Some dryers have gunk stuck in them from years of use, and the floors can be messy, requiring cleaning before starting laundry. Occasional problems with card readers on machines have been reported, though these are typically fixed quickly. While online information mentions free Wi-Fi, it is not available. The snack machine is often empty. Each wash load is considered pretty expensive, with costs adding up. Despite some drawbacks, it is a decent and recommended place for its primary purpose: doing laundry.
Machine work wonderfully, plenty of space to fold clothes and depending on parking availability, Super easy load and unload.

Machine issue due to internet problem. The payment options weren't working. I'll say this. Free dry on Wednesdays and the fact that when it did work clothes were washed properly, thats why it's at 3 stars and not lower

Clean laundromat. However I used the tap pay and I got over charged by a lot. At least 20 more than I was supposed to. When I called the number they provide I left a message and nobody called me back. Only use coins from now on.
