We came in to sort out a billing issue that we couldn’t resolve by calling Verizon. Mary, the store manager was beyond stellar! She resolved the billing issue, lowered our monthly bill, AND was able to get us brand new phones for an amazing deal! I whole heartedly recommend this store and Mary.

The best experience I’ve ever had in any cell phone store ever. Kyla had me in and out with a new phone, two new plans, three transactions and other small miscellaneous items that I needed all done in 45 minutes. She was hands down the most helpful, direct, smart, and insightful retail workers I’ve ever worked with! Thank you for such a great experience I’ll come back any time I need anything at all!

There were no other customers in the store, and I was excited to switch from another provider to Verizon. I tried doing it online and thought it would be easier to have a verizon employee assist me.
The woman working directed me to do it on my own and then come back, which defeated the purpose of me driving to a store to ensure I set everything up properly.
I chose to drive 10 mins away to the Verizon store by the Vancouver mall and had an excellent experience, and the employee there took care of everything for me. I'd recommend making the drive to a different location
