Yeah I’m echoing other reviews in saying do not come here if you want transparency. I signed a contract for a new business line and many, MANY fees were not communicated to me at signing. I am now paying $100/month more than what I signed on to, and they were unable to rectify this when I went in to talk to their manager.
Nice people, poor business practices.

I had a very frustrating situation with a DIFFERENT location and all of Verizon’s customer service (call center). I ordered some new devices to a different location that said my order was in stock and would be ready within 2 hours. After several hours I hadn’t received any notification regarding my order. I called customer service and they were no help, but said nobody was answering at the other location. I called several times throughout the day and nobody would help me. They assured me it would be done within 24 hours which would be the following day around 11am. I didn’t want to drive to the store location because it was an hour away from my house (but the only one that had my items in stock) and didn’t want to show up if I couldn’t get my devices. The next day around noon I stopped in at another Verizon to ask if they could find out what was going on, once again, they “couldn’t” help me. When I got off work around 4, I called Verizon customer service once again, extremely frustrated, they just told me the same thing, it was still not ready but that it was a “system error.” Which made no sense to me. I asked to talk to a manager which I did, who assured me that it was a system error and we just have to “wait it out.” I figured nobody was there working but he assured me that was not the issue. He kept telling me there was nothing he could do and I’d just have to wait and they could give me some kind of compensation. He transferred me to whoever could do that and she offered me $20 😂😂😂 they both refused to move this further up to higher management or try to fix the issue. I couldn’t even cancel the order because I wouldn’t be able to reorder for 3 more days. She told me that she personally would call me in the morning and make sure this was taken care of so I finally accepted that answer and got off the phone. She never called back, of course. I later walked in to THIS LOCATION and explained my situation to a worker, ALYSSIA overheard and came over, asked my name, and made a call. She called her manager who assured this would be taken care of first thing in the morning, and it was! Just like that. I was in and out within less than two minutes. I appreciate her actually listening to my issues and making sure it was handled. She even gave me her personal phone number to contact her if there were any issues. We got our phones in the morning and later when we had an issue with the porting of the phone number, I texted her and she responded and got me to the person that could help while she wasn’t even working. She was amazing and I appreciate her dedication to making customers happy because I was about ready to leave Verizon due to the ten Verizon customer service employees (call center) that did absolutely nothing to try and figure out what was going on. Andrew OK, my name is Pat Waddell. There’s no words I can express how good and kind and helpful. ANDREW has been to us. I am a person that’s not from the modern technology world. I’m a very older person, but I don’t feel old. It’s just a number if you think you’re old so anyway, he deserves to be recognized for what he does and he does it so kindly and that’s a word I use all the time I say thank you kindly to everybody if he can be recognized, he needs to be and you need to. The store manager was so friendly and helpful. Although the system was crashing and there was all kinds of problems, she stayed positive and everyone loves her.

I had thee pleasure working with Justin and Alyssia! From start to finish Justin was very transparent and knowledgeable. His skill and professionalism is second to none, he truly cares for his customers. Alyssia was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I left the store feeling confident in the care I received. Him and Alyssia even made my disabled dog feel comfortable. Verizon is very lucky to have to both Justin and Alyssia! I highly recommend this location!
