Worst experience, employees are useless I couldn't get any help or a clear answer with my issues all I got was a "my hands are tied" when I called customer service there was a lady who helped me with my problem in under 5 mins. Service at this location is horrible, undertrained, and is a waste of time.

I was there yesterday and helped by Jacob Radkey. I was highly impressed with his patience, professionalism, and willingness to go way beyond what most people would do to ensure all my issues were taken care of. He stayed late after the store closed to make sure I wouldn’t have to come back. I greatly appreciate good people like Jacob. Thanks!

Potential theft? Now this review should be taken with a grain of salt since we can't provide any thing. My husband and I used this store to switch our phone plans. The person who helped us was nice and I have no complaints. However my husband upgraded his phone and turned in his old phone. Due to how long the data transfer from the old phone to the new phone took my husband forget to factory reset his phone before turning it in. Not much time later someone attempted to use his banking app to transfer/steal $9,000 from us. Thankfully we where able to put a stop to it. Now with the timing and a few other details, that I'll keep private, it's hard not to think that someone at this store either miss handled the phone (and who ever got the phone tried to take our money) or one of the workers purposely tried to rob us. Can I say for sure it was this store? No. But since Verizon (the company not this store) hasn't gotten back to us in over a month I thought it prudent to put this review up as a warning just in case. TLDR: remember to wipe your old phone before turning it in.

East Vancouver Verizon has a very polite and Very knowledgeable staff. Homero was patient and very knowledgeable so it made the process very smooth, even while he was training a co-worker

Pleasant sales personnel but keep in mind that they are hourly PLUS COMMISSION. Did not know that they aren't actually a Verizon store anymore as their front sign says. They service and offer Verizon but are operating under another name. We were there to replace a damaged phone. What we were told: We could not buy a phone outright. Must finance. No choice. Had to ask for repetition of explanation for incentives as, we suspect, it is supposed to be confusing? Pushed protection plan. (Commission opportunity?) Mostly talked in monthly payments, little about full amounts. No prices displayed on accessories. Very expensive accessories once you get to the purchase process. (Commission opportunity?) Told we'd get 55 dollars off if we bought 5 accessories. No evidence anywhere that this happened though we bought 5. (Commission opportunity because we didn't buy the protection plan?) Pleasant personnel but be prepared to spend way more than you thought you did/should. Second experience with this type of store. First was a corporate store nearby that overcharged me $100.00. Did not realize it, "I will put your receipt in your bag for you." until I got home. Two strikes and you're out, Verizon/Victra stores, especially for buying a phone and/or accessories.

I'm here at 5:35 on Wednesday and this place is closed. No answer to my calls, either. Customer service less and less with Verizon and now you post open hours until 7 pm but the store is locked.
