I purchased an item for $22.99 Plus tax last night. The cashier and I opened the box, verified that it came on . However, when I got home it didn’t work so I brought it back up today and the cashier tells me that all sales are final. I don’t have a problem with all sales or final, however, I didn’t see anything posted that states all sales are final but how can they do that on something? Doesn’t work it never worked ? I Was not able to use the item at all, not even once. He wouldn’t even let me exchange it so basically they ripped me off. Might as well reach inside my purse and just taking the money out

Chasing a woman out of the store because she walks into the store with her hat under her arm and accusing her of stealing it from your store wasn't the greatest look for your store. That woman is my neighbor, and I know for a fact that the hat she walked in with was hers to begin with.

Bait and switch tactics are used here. Has a 99 cents sign on product they charge $1.49 for and argues about it. (Even talks smack on the phone about their customers in front of them, yes, I heard what you said).
