“there's a young Cashier here, who's name I'm purposely omitting, who doesn't speak or acknowledge you until the end when he mumbled the amt. you owe. If you thank him as you leave, he still doesnt respond. Its like Im invisible. No hello, goodbye, thanks, or any small talk. Ive been here several times and Ive watched him treat others the same way.. Today he began ringing up another customer while I was still bagging groceries that he could have assisted me with, like they do at the Alberta location or the location in Spokane. Love Natural Grocers, especially their produce, but I find this Cashier's style disappointing.

“I have been buying from this great company for many years, prior to cbd products. I arrived the other day to pick up Trauma Maxx oil. I was surprised by their new line of cbd tinctures and oils. I bought the 7,000 mg, which I have never found anywhere. The highest mgs I've ever found was 3,000. I have dosed twice since then and it is the best relaxation & pain relief ever. I even slept until 10:am. I have medical issues that don't allow me to take any type of Tylenol & such.This is the best cbd product I've ever bought, & I have tried many. It may be a bit spendy, but well worth it. I know we'd all pay more if something works this way on chronic pain. It's wonderful!Thank you to the creators of all of your products. “The person there seemed knowledgeable and was able to get me my products. One item you did not carry that I wanted was not available. Another product was recommended unfortunately the product was a promotion of get one half off when buy the first one. The seco9nd product was not available. The person set it for autoship so i could get the product. This states every 30 days. Once I get the product that I paid for I do not want autoship every 30 days.”

“I'm a pretty picky person when it comes to who I give my business to and 1st impressions go along way with me. I had called the store a couple times, only get a recording saying the employees were busy and to try again later. I would have preferred just leaving a message or having the ability to text. But, I received a call back from Alexis apologizing and asking how she could be of assistance to me. I appreciated her calling me back and sounding so genuinely enthusiastic to help. She made sure the product I was looking for was in stock and listed the hours of the store and her schedule, so when I arrived I could get her help. Its so hard to find employees that actually want to be present and helpful. This store manager needs a raise. I'll forever be a customer as long as she's around.
