Update: Would give them 10 stars if I could. Rescued my 2014 manual Forester from certain death for half the price every other repair shop quoted me. They’re the best.
By far the most helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly people I’ve ever talked to about Subarus. Chad and Tim were willing to talk me through what all the potential problems might be with my car, even though they were slammed and weeks out in service, they took the time out of their day *twice* to talk me through everything that could be wrong with my car. Can’t thank you enough guys.

I took my '04 WRX SUBARU to Tim and his crew to add some HP. Tim was professional, kind, and extremely knowledgable- saving me a lot of money on unnecessary costs. Tim communicated with the tuner and they gave me a great set up that was beyond my expectations. I would not take my Subaru anywhere else besides Tim and his crew at VSR.

My wrx motor got Rod knock unfortunately. I wanted to find a good reputable shop to build her back up because I was mainly looking for a performance and reliability boost. Thankfully I found these guys and they were able to get everything done in one spot.
Motor was replaced, bunch of power mods added, and a damn good tuner.
Payment options were super helpful and everything was honestly reasonably affordable

I called in the morning and they were able to slip me into an opening the same day for a CVT flush and refill at a fair price on my 2014 Forester. They were quick and I’m very happy with the work. I’ll be back!

My Grandson took a cross country trip in his Subaru Outback from Charlotte NC and ended up stranded in Vancouver Wa with a blown head gasket on Memorial Day weekend. A search quickly resulted in me finding the VSR performance website and great reviews. They were closed Memorial Day so I called Tuesday and got as others described a calm pleasant man named Tim one of the owners who answered the phone. Tim quickly put me at ease and set up a day to bring the car to his shop. Tim and the great guys got the car repaired and back on the road exactly as they said they would and more! I won’t go into all the detail of all they did but suffice to say it was the single most powerful experience of integrity and expertise my 74 years has experienced. My grandson no longer stranded will now make his long way back home which by the way is not far from where Tim grew up. VSR Performance because of Tim and the entire team earned my 5000 star review! Thanks and heart felt prayers for all the team at VSR performance!

Incredible customer service. Tim is a kind person. And when I say kind, I mean it with my whole heart. The type of people you want working on your car are kind, honest, trustworthy, dependable and intelligent - Tim is all of that and also has a great sense of humor.
I had VSR Performance look at a car for a pre purchase inspection, and Tim and his crew found underlying things I could’ve never imagined were possible. Because of Tim’s expertise, I feel more informed and confident about the car I’m going to buy. Would recommend this business to anyone for anything. Thanks guys

Brought my 2018 Subaru Legacy in for maintenance/repairs. They did my brakes rotors and rear struts for hundreds under the dealership. The car has never driven smoother or stopped better. Tim & Chad are very easy to work with and met the deadline they set. I’m really happy to have found them and look forward to doing more business with their shop in the future.

Recently had my brakes done on my 2019 STI and brought it back for performance modifications. I cannot express enough how great they are to work with, highly recommend them for any maintenance or performance work needed.

I took my Subaru Crosstrek in for it's 60,000 mile service. I am so thrilled with how my car is now performing. I went from an average 33 mpg to 40 mpg. Highly recommend.

Tim has done great work for me since he was a mobile mechanic. He swapped an engine in my STI, a few years ago. Still running great!! Definitely would recommend!
