A patiently waited for my prescription until the pharmacist started helping a customer with GoodRx. The tech told me that it would be just a little longer. 45 minutes and I was still waiting. Then apparently the prescription was ready and no one told me.

The service has gone down over the years. The drive thru takes forever. We have waited for 40 minutes multiple times. The prices are continuing to go up with service slower and slower.

Totally unhelpful and unprofessional staff. Showed up early for an appointment and they had an issue with the paperwork. They skipped over me and made me wait. Despite them canceling my appointment the night before with no notice. I won't be back and will picking up my meds anywhere but here.

If I could rated zero Stars I would. I will do my best to never have to go through this pharmacy again in my entire life can you give me the run around for days over $60 that they were supposed to refund to me I spent $35 minutes on the phone with them trying to tell them that they never told me a time frame on the refund and finally got so upset I had to hang up because I had to go to work they call my daughter back and told me to come on in with my receipt and they would gladly give me my money I did that because he came in on my next day off which was the day after and got the complete run around again the same speel that I already spent 35 minutes on the phone with them about regarding whether it was an insurance matter now or if they could refund it. So again I have yet to get my refund so now they expect me to drive all the way across town again when it's convenient for them to give me my damn money. This is highly irritating and so unnecessary. I'm amazed at how unprofessional and severely unorganized these people are as far as customer service is concerned. In my opinion they have none. I just want my $61 and I will never come here again and I plan to tell everyone I know and I intended to tell everyone I know at my workplace and both of my websites never to waste your time coming to this place.

They do a pretty good job most times. The older dude pharmacist is friendly. Always double check your prescriptions.
