I liked Walgreens & their good cosmetics department. But they've now locked everything away. You have to get an employee to unlock the cases that hold the products you want to consider or to buy. Shoppers need to consider & compare products. An employee standing there waiting on me to decide, so they can lock the case again is very uncomfortable & stupid use of an employees time! I'll be going to Walmart now, who has just as good of a selection. If WALGREENS would HIRE HUMANS for the department vs buying locked cases, maybe they'd have saved money in the long run AND gave someone a job! Humans are needed!

They never have my family's medicine on time. I had to go back 3 times in one day over a spam of 4 hours. I ran out of gas that day. Then they charged us twice because they didnt have the on brand medicine we needed. Changing pharmacy asap. Don't go through this place.

I had a scheduled appointment for a few shots. I go in and the pharmacist comes to the counter to help me. She asked for my name and what prescriptions I was there for. I told her no, I had a scheduled appointment for a couple shots. She told me she was the only person working there and everyone was out sick but her and if I wanted to sit there till and if someone shows up I can but she seriously doubted anyone would show up. I said, but I have a scheduled appointment. She said she could not give me any shots because she was the only one that would be there to help the customers. I looked around and no customers were there but me. I will never try to get shots there again! Very unreliable and their auto fill is a joke! I always run out of pills to fill my weekly pill box. They are lucky I gave them 2 stars.

If you’re trying to access the Pharmacy good luck. It’s pretty much a guessing game as to whether they will be open or not. No rhyme or reason or communication about closure other than the lunch break. Makes me a little more angry that I tried to ask why the Pharmacy was closed only to be told by the check out clerk that “all Walgreens Pharmacies are closed on Sundays.” An odd lie. Guess where I just came from? An open Walgreens Pharmacy on 164th.

Terrible service at pharnacy. We had an appt for vaccines. They were 45 mins late with no one in line in front of us! Pharmacist was unnecessarily rough when administering the vaccines. And she didn’t tell us of any possible side effects. I got terribly sick and ran a high temp for over 18 hrs. Luckily have nurses in my family and they took care of me. I’ll be changing my prescriptions. Oh and the keep deleting my comments. Lol. This is the third time I’ve posted in three days. It posts then is gone on the next few hours. Dishonest people running this company
