My experience there this morning was worth a zero star rating. The pharmacist was abrasive and rude. The manager of the store, was blasé about the woman pharmacist. The manager got offended when I tried to explain to her about her pharmacist tone and lack of customer service. I said, well Ma’am it seems like this bad behavior is store wide in this god forsaken town with dreary weather. Must be a liberal cuz she was livid. Won’t give them another dime at this location.

Manager lady was rude came in to get pictures and she was not helpful just print it ya so I can pay for something I don’t want then say I’m rude your the one being rude

This Walgreens is great. The people treat you with respect and make me feel valued. They show a genuine care for the customer. When I walk into the store, it almost feels like a safe haven. And I always seem to walk out (actually ride out on my mobility scooter) with a smile on my face.

Yeah umm no. Grew up downtown and used to frequent the old Hi-School pharmacy. Now that it’s been Walgreens, less than happy to be charged an arm and a leg for basic things. But still live right up the road and it’s a “convenience tax” to not have to go to Walmart or one of the bigger stores for things like TP or deodorant.
Went in today in between my patient visits (as a nurse), in my scrubs, and even though I needed to pee so bad, I knew we were out of TP… I’m hurrying around the aisles and see a restroom, so rush up front to ask the checker for the keypad code. This woman who works frequently and might be the manager - quickly announced “oh no we don’t have a public a restroom”. Confused I said “yeah you do, I just saw them back there… and there’s a key pad on the door”. She then proceeds to lie “no Walgreens was sued for a public health violation in ?, and fined $5000, so then they said to shut em all down!” I know this is a lie because as an infusion nurse who drives all over Portland Vancouver Metro area to provide nursing services - Walgreens is a great go-to place to for a clean easy to access bathroom while driving all over.
The nerve of this woman, I was so insulted and both myself and family spend way too much $ there for this sort of treatment. I left my basket and we will now find another place to spend our money, I hope they go out of business and that she experiences the same thing when she is need of relieving her bladder (3 fold).

Let me start with customer service. If that was all this review was about I would give 5 stars. Everyone is super nice, and they treat you like family. The pharmacy is good too. But walk down the aisles and you’ll see way too many empty hooks. Out of stock, especially true for sale items. I went there for Pepto Bismol the other day and they were out of stock. No half way decent pharmacy runs out of Pepto. I could give other examples, but there are too many to list. Sure, it’s convenient for me, but if they don’t have what I need, convenience doesn’t matter. Sadly, I don’t recommend this Walgreens.

Dirty store that has Courtney as the store manager who has no idea what she's doing. No training for leadership. Tons of outdated product. Worst Walgreens not only have I ever shopped at but also worked at.

This is my favourite pharmacy but the rest of the store leaves a lot to be desired. The bike parking is an archaic rack that is difficult to lock to securely. Once you do lock to it securely your bicycle will be in danger of getting hit by cars. Also, I've gone in multiple times over a matter of weeks and the passport photo service is never available.

Cashier Britney makes this place so welcoming! I've seen previous customers have bad experiences but I'm sure those previous employees are gone because everyone is so kind! Thank you Britney for great customer service and care!
