This morning i was truly suffering, at that it just so happened to be the worst kind of suffering, I was having an attack of heartburn so horrendous thoughts of death being a possible better choice than had indeed actually came to mind, I had only $2.30 and to my absolute horror upon entering Walgreens and being directed to isle 15 for antacids the cheapest travel packs of tums were 3.55, it may have well been on the moon to me, inside a part of me started panicking I thought God I'm in so much pain from this heartburn right now, there isn't much i wouldn't consider doing to alleviate it, the store manager Mitch took the time to help me locate the travel size tums and he had the integrity to assist me being a dollar and a half short to purchase the tums.
Mitch I am truly grateful for your help this morning thank you so so so darn much for saving my life quite literally! I quickly took three tums and seemingly instantaneously my agony faded into sweet relief, I very much do appreciate you for the extraordinarily high level of customer service provided today, the integrity you displayed, very few people these days seem to posess, your acumen and sympathetic discernment of my suffering and your prompt response directly remedied my condition. For that Mitch Thank you thank you thank you!!!! Have an amazing day!

Be careful picking up your prescriptions here..ESPECISLLY narcotics and scheudlued drugs..theres a fella/lady fella..working the drive through who.ive rpetedadly seent parkes.right outside smoking drugs before and during her shift..just becafeful.and count all your medications.

I needed help in the cosmetics section, not my usual thing so I really needed help. Irma and Reyna were the first employees I walked up to, they were both helpful and very professional. I went in thinking I’d only need 1 thing but they explained why I needed more. I bought 4 different products, all of which were things I wouldn’t have thought to buy without their combined help.

If I could give a zero rating I would because they would fill my wife's prescription after making us wait 2 days all because they don't accept our insurance. worst customer service ever. instead of helping they would rather you go to a competing store. Great business practice guys! Morons!

I get so tired of having to pick up Rx's at this location. But it might be endemic through out all Walgreens pharmacies. Today I was inconvenienced for the second time on the same set of Rx's and even, though I got a notification that all my Rx's were ready, only 2 were. So now I have to make sure I go back again today since they're closed on Sundays. Otherwise, much needed Rx's wouldn't be available for pick-up until Monday.
This location is CONSTANTLY understaffed, so customer service suffers tremendously. And the way the staff acts (grumpy, rarely smiles) , you can see that they're overworked.
DON'T USE THEIR WEBSITE to order your Rx's. It's not user-friendly, and it has deleted active Rx's from my history, then I have to have my Dr. reorder them, which can take 2-3 days on top of how long it takes for Walgreens to fill them. I also submitted orders online over the past 3 days and many of the Rx's weren't even showing as ordered on their computer. So I had to go through my list while sitting in the drive thru to confirm which ones they were missing.
On the positive side, Andy and the young lady with short, multicolored hair are both the only asset this location has. They try hard to accommodate customers requests.

I fill my son's script here... every time there is an issue every time it takes forever. If you need gender affirming care this is not the place.
