Worst Pharmacy in Vancouver.
Worst customer service in Vancouver.
Worst drive-thru wait time in Vancouver.
Worst staff.
They barely answer the phone, and when they do they are short, rude, put you on hold and hangup without saying goodbye.
Straight trash!

Plan ahead! Bring lunch and a book for your wait in the pharmacy line. Give the staff more help, this is so unfair to them and your customers.

I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for just over a year and have had the best customer service ever from Alec. Alec is a pharmacy technician that works here and any time he is there, he takes the time to show me cost comparisons or alternatives, and educate me on the medications. Definitely a caring dude and deserves a glowing review. This location is lucky to have him. I will always be back to this pharmacy as long as he is there. Thanks again Alec! You are next level!

My husband brought our daughter here for passport photos, including a digital one. Long story short, the digital one wasn't being accepted by the online visa application site. So I went back today to see about retakes. I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who helped us. She was so gracious and kind, especially in the face of my rudeness (I took my irritation with the whole visa process out on her and had to rein myself in). She was able to get me an unedited version of the original photo, and it worked! I'm so thankful for her efforts and kindness.

OHSU dermatology department sent my prescription to this Walgreens. I immediately went to pick it up after my appointment. I was told Walgreens needs an auth from my doctors to my health insurance. Two weeks later and nothing has happened, brick wall I find out they don’t take Molina Health Insurance at all. No call no nothing my feet are hurting and I need to transfer the prescription to Walmart. Now, I’m back to starting completely over on the clock for this medication. The pharmacy technician had no care in the world look, no I’m sorry, nothing. I will make sure my feet won’t touch another Walgreens.

If medication management is critical to your health you're taking an extraordinary risk putting your trust in this pharmacy and the staff that operate it. The service is capricious and the operation is designed to commit the bare minimum amount of resources necessary to legally sell pills. A part of me wants to joke and say that you'd get a similar quality of care at a Panda Express. I think that's probably a bridge to far in terms of being a cruel and unfair comparison though. It might not be the fanciest food, but that's no reason to be mean. They're actually doing their job.

Management can be unbelievably rude to customers and staff. I really feel for the folks who work there. They aren't paid nearly enough to put up with this.

I’m only leaving a 5 star for Alec in the pharmacy. Always has a good attitude and helpful compared to some of the others there. Been using this Walgreens since it was built but he’s been the one decent person still there.

After receiving poor customer service on the Walgreens at Fourth Plain with poor customer service in regards to passport photos. The staff here was very kind and accommodating and made things right that the other store refused to do. So koodos turn the staff who was there on November 3rd at 2:00 p.m.

This is the worst pharmacy in Vancouver. It’s close to my home so I’ve given it many chances. Every single person who works there is unbelievably rude and unfriendly. It feels as though they hate their lives and are irritated that you dared show up there. The wait times whether inside or at drive up are ridiculously long. Often times you aren't even greeted or addressed for 10-15 minutes. I hate my experiences with this pharmacy with a passion and despite the convenience of its location, I will never pick up prescriptions from there again. Please heed my words. Go anywhere else.
