I've been trying not to leave this comment but I've had too many negative and rude experiences with this pharmacy's staff. Very inconsiderate staff. They aren't consistent with their customers. No consistency at all within the pharmacy.

Took my package there to get it sent out via Fed Ex drop off location and advised the girl I left it with that it was so important it go out with the next pickup or I would not receive my paycheck on time. She told me “No worries, I got you.” And scanned it in and placed it in the counter. This was a Wednesday night. By Saturday there was still no tracking information and when I went to check and see what was going on it was still sitting in the counter. - I had to take it to the FedEx center & the result was a late delivery and my check was hundreds of dollars short because it didn’t go out until the next Monday. Now, I’m having to scramble to get money to pay rent and bills and have stress that I shouldn’t have. Thanks A LOT Walgreens girl. Sadly, I can’t place a “sorry” in my pocket, so I won’t even ask for an apology. Only advice is NEVER LEAVE an important package with them if you actually want it sent out. -

Shopping here is good if you’re aren’t POC. The two cashier ladies are rude and will serve other customers before you if you’re aren’t a POC, very distasteful people here. So many complaints on these two I’m surprise they still have a job

Very pleasant experience with the pharmacy staff at this location, especially James, who was cheerful and helpful. It's a breath of fresh air to be helped by someone positive and kind, especially when you aren't feeling well

Call in about getting the TDAPP vaccine and I'm told as long as I show up before 6 there won't be a problem, I might have to wait 30 minutes or so (no big deal) I drove into the location and I'm told they're just too busy today and there is no way they can do a walk in. I CALLED TO VERIFY FIRST, waste of my time and gas. Thank you so much. Would give 0 stars if I could and I can see why this location has a bad rating.

918 pm today pay for my stuff just now.. guy won't talk to me then says something under his breath then just sits and looks at his phone on Facebook and I have to ask for me coupons printing out... So confusing

UPDATE: wasted my time in the drive thru waiting for 20 minutes, only for them to tell me the COVID tests were expired, and they couldn't send me anywhere else.
I don't see the issue, I think they're totally fine. Went there last night with no issues, other than a strange man approaching me in the parking lot.

Employees are rude. Tried letting them know that they have an incorrect price label. They just argue and get defensive. Very unfriendly attitude. I respectfully showed them. Just in case they overlooked it. But they just treat you like you're some Karen trying to haggle.

I had to use Fred Meyer due to a change of insurance; however, I was recently able to transfer back to Walgreens.
The speed, communication, accuracy and customer service are even better than prior to the dreaded FM transfer.
The time between request and fulfillment is always a pleasant surprise.
Any questions for pharmacy staff are answered with a very nice attitude, happy to help and always willing to go a step further if necessary.
There's never been a time when the pharmacy has been short on, or out of any medication.
It's such a relief to be back with Walgreens.
Thank you for making sure your pharmacy customers are well taken care of.
