Horrible experience with the pharmacy. Give you a time to pick up prescription and close the gate in your face when you show up at that time. System would likely benefit from an overhaul but worst of all, no compassion. would recommend anywhere but this place.

I go to Walgreens for fast pick up of sales on trail mix, 📸 department is fast and great quality photos. Good customer service.

What a stupid decision I made to transfer my scripts to this store... I had just gotten there 5 minutes till nine and stood at the window until they opened. Meanwhile someone is going through products along the wall and after a few minutes starts telling me the pharmacy is closed.. the pharmacist had a medical emergency.. and the points to a sign on the wall between windows. I'm guessing there must be a pharmacist to even pick up a script that has been filled. Anyway, the way he talks to me and answers my questions bothered me and I told him so. And he just continued to be a smart ass (even as I was walking away he continues to talk). I can't stand crappy customer service! I feel bad for all the people coming in to pick up meds and don't know they just wasted gas. Now I know why your rating is what it is.

We ordered a few posters on same day pick up and when we arrived we were met by an employee. She seemed irritated to have to help us. We watched her go to the computer and realize she hadn’t started the printing yet. She told us 10 min and walked through the employee door. No apologies just bad customer service. 20 min later it still wasn’t done. When it was finally done, she just handed it to us. 30 min late. No apology. Her name tag was covered. This was the Sunday shift at 5:30pm. She was middle aged with a long brunette pony tail. Avoid this store.

Today I came in to pick up some photos for a gift. I was met by Sarah E at the photo counter. Sarah provided me with EXCELLENT customer service. As I was waiting in line and she was serving the person in front of me to whom she also provided GREAT customer service. It made my shopping experience lite and easy. She’s very personable and she really provides great customer service to the customers. I believe Sarah is probably one of the best employees at this location and I believe she deserves recognition and a pay bonus. I will come back specifically for her customer service because of how kind, thoughtful, and quick she was at assisting customers in finding myself.

We had requested passport photos at this location. After the photos were taken we noticed an error. So we called and said that we would be returning with the photos and receipt. They said that wouldn't be a problem. When we arrived they said that they wouldn't take ANY passport photos because they were under staffed we saw 2 staff members including the one who took our photos. We told them about the phone call and that they said that they would make it right. They (the staff refused) so we drove all the way to the Walgreens on andresen. They were very kind and polite took the photos for us free of charge and and even made sure that we were satisfied with the photos and offered the free digital photo with this store did not.
Very disappointed as I work in customer service and this was the worst customer service I have ever received. When you do things wrong you have to make it right for the customer.

In the pharmacy, there are two techs that are really great. My favorite is a tall blonde gentleman. I believe his name is Bill. He always goes above and beyond if necessary. He is kind and respectful and is really good at his job, and his customer service skills are incredible. I have a medical history, and the pharmacy has been one of the biggest stressors throughout my illness and recovery. Thank you, Bill, for taking some of the stress away from the process and for being so helpful and kind. You are appreciated.

Unlike the other location.
The lady at the counter, she was rude. Told me to wait 2 hours for mouthwash at 7am in the morning nobody was there. this location. not recommended for anything.

I go to the Walgreens on 114th and fourth plain in Orchards. It has always been my favorite, even when I moved away from there I continued to go there. I wasn't altogether impressed when then changed out the employees in the pharmacy to the ones they currently have, they aren't exactly my favorite people there. Ryan the manager is nice and there is a woman that I always see working stock there and maybe pricing, I like her too. The people who work in Walgreens itself are pretty great, I just don't care for the pharmacy people so much.

Usually this store is fine, but my son needed a spacer refilled and they gave him the wrong type. (He is 2 he needs a mask to take it) I brought it back and showed them and they treated me like I was dumb and then gave us another one I had to pay more for only to find out they gave me a size large mask which is even too big on me. So now my son has no way to take his medicine and they won’t return it because it was opened. Insurance won’t let our doctor put in another prescription due to how recent this one was. I’ve never had issues with Walgreens pharmacy before but I’m very displeased at this encounter and will be going to a different Walgreens from now on.
