NO STARS - HORRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Manager, Tyler, completely is inept and beyond rude. No one in the entire store knew how to use an e-Gift Card. Why sell them if even the manager isn’t trained how use e-Gift Cards for payment? WALGREENS are your e-Gift Cards a SCAM?
The manager said Walgreens doesn’t accept e-Gift Cards and accused us of trying to scam them. Egregious to embarrass us in front of our neighbors. We have lived in this community for decades.
I’m filing a complaint with the state attorney general. It’s fraud to sell gift cards and not honor them.

Insane that they have 1 person running the pharmacy. Huge line of cars in the drive thru and a huge line inside and only 1 singlet person working… took over 30 minutes to get a prescription

Made an appointment to get a vaccine, filled out all my personal info online, showed up for said appointment only to be told they don’t take my insurance. Why not provide that information prior to filling anything out??

Had hand surgery early this morning at Rebound. I was home by 9:00 AM when I received a text that my RX had been received at Walgreens Salmon Creek; I confirmed I wanted it filled.
At 09:22 I received another text it was “delayed due to insurance”. By 1:15PM my hand was throbbing badly. Called the pharmacy. Got a tech who, somewhat rudely, as if my calling in was a bother, said “it was being reviewed by the pharmacist.” I explained I was happy to pay out of pocket if insurance was the hang up. Tech would only repeat robotically “it’s being reviewed by the pharmacist” and offered no other assistance or follow up other than I’d be notified once the pharmacist approved it.
I have zero past history of receiving RX opioid pain meds. It’s now after 4PM and at 70yo I guess I’m expected to just deal with the pain rather than receive the pain medication prescribed by my surgeon to keep me comfortable and my pain manageable for a few days.
This is not my first bad experience with this pharmacy location. After multiple years of picking up my husband of 40 years prescriptions for him, one day out of the blue, they refused to tell me when I inquired when one f his RX meds was scheduled for a refill (special order cholesterol meds) because he wasn’t physically present with me and I hadn’t filled out and submitted an affidavit from him with their forms and our IDs available for download on their website. He’d just had open heart surgery. I was exhausted. Had to drive back home, find, download, fill out their online forms, scan IDs, wake him up and have him sign everything, so I could go back and have them scan everything in just so they could tell me when his next refill could be scheduled. They tried to convince me this was protocol, but they have nothing posted in store or on their website or app that this level of security is required.
I’ve also witnessed, multiple times, pharmacy techs at this location who were incredibly rude and abrupt to others while I was waiting in line.
This place is sorely in need of customer service training. We all understand they have a very demanding and difficult job. But there’s just no excuse for this total lack of efficiency and such incompetent business practices.

When I tried to buy Sudafed through the prescription drive up line I was informed I would have to come inside to the pharmacy to purchase it. The reason provided was so”I would be on camera”. Nevermind that after waiting in the drive up line, I then had to wait in the pharmacy line that was 5 people deep. Totally inefficient. If getting your customers on camera matters to you, put a camera at the drive up window. This experience solidified once again why I hate shopping at Walgreens.

Left Legacy ER today at 3 pm when they sent a pain prescription for my son to Walgreens, which is just across the street from the hospital. Waited in the drive through line for 10 minutes, and when none of the long line of cars didn't move, I parked and when inside to the pharmacy. They said they did have the order, but it would take about 2 hours to fill and they would text me when ready. Never received a text so I went back at 5:30 pm, waited 10 minutes in the drive through, where they told me it still wasn't ready and it would be at least another TWO hours, and they couldn't guarantee they would even have it ready at all tonight, but they will text me if and when it is ready. This is for pain medication that can't wait until tomorrow. It is now 9:25: pm and I still haven't received a text. I called the pharmacy at 8:30 pm to try to find out if by any chance it is ready. Just got off the phone after waiting ONE HOUR and 17 minutes to get through to them!!! Lo and behold, the prescription was ready, and they didn't even let me know. Then they said I should hurry to get there because they are closing at 10 pm! This is absolutely outrageous and unacceptable. What is the name of the store manager? Where is Walgreens corporate office?

If I could give a zero I would. My 88 year old grandma called because she received a message saying her glucose strips were no longer carried at this specific location. After talking with a pharmacist, a lady informed her that she would call around and see who had those specific strips. Later on, my grandma called and spoke with a man who was extremely rude to her. My grandma is an 88 year old woman who does not know how to use the internet. When she asked for phone numbers for separate walgreens the man was extremely unkind and very dismissive. Speaking to ANYONE like this especially an elderly person is absolutely ridiculous and after looking at these reviews it seems like it’s a common theme.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Received notification on Friday in my email, and the app, that my medicine was ready. Went to pick it up over the weekend and they now say it’s delayed being out of stock. Spoke with someone on the phone and they pulled my prescription and gave the medicine away to someone else and told me I now have to wait until it’s back in stock. She stated I waited over 10 days to pick it up. How is that even possible when the notification it was ready was sent on Friday. It’s been 2 days. Poor customer service and no regards to a customer’s feelings or chronic illnesses that have to have medicine.

If I could give this review no stars I would and would recommend anyone to go to a different pharmacy if you can. I was helped by a woman named Heather and her customer service was absolutely disappointing. She was extremely rude to me during my prescription pick up, rolled her eyes multiple times, and seemed extremely annoyed with the questions I had about my medication. It felt like she was just trying to rush me out even though there were no customers behind me. I even witnessed how she was treating her staff and do not understand why she represents Walgreens as a manager. This is highly inappropriate and I feel extremely disrespected as a 15+ years Walgreens customer. Someone needs to be made aware of this situation and take a closer look at how the customers and staff are being treated by this individual.

I came to pick up meds after work. I wanted to speak to a pharmacist since I wasn’t clear on medication side effects. Heather, the pharmacist, wasn’t nice, she was pretty rude. I was fully under the impression that I was less than when I saw her disgusted face when I needed help. I felt like just another number in her queue. I’ll pick up medication elsewhere closer to home

The pharmacy is a joke. Lie about having the medication and then tell you to go find it yourself. They don't help at all.

April 4/14 update
!!!!!DO NOT USE ANY OF THE WALGREENS PHARMACYS!!!!!
This one made it seem like they were going to fill my sons prescription.I called like at 4 they said hour an half it will be done. Then I called a couple of hours to close and there like O we can't fill it. We have to order it and we can't now because it's after 4. They had the prescription since noon! You guys not giving a shit my seem no big deal to you but there's people that really need there prescriptions. I feel sorry for the elderly that don't have a choice.
Horribley rude cashiers! Really nasty attitudes! Just because I needed a price check. If I could give it a minus stars I would. Won't go back again!!
